Broken doors A/c not working Kids got stuck in the toilet as the door was jammed Toulet pipe broke and splashed kuds with water and ruined room Much more expensive than other properties, but the worst hotel I have stayed in my travels all around the world Manager asked me at 7pm to refund bookingamount and find another hotel in Bhuj. Please avoid even if free

We were very happy to see the layout of our hotel, and were looking forward to a couple of days there. Initially, we'd been allotted 2 villas (their premium property), but when the worn-out door cards refused to open the doors, we were allotted a couple of other villas. We'd just had a long trip to Bhuj, and were keen to relax, but no such luck. Every few minutes, there were loud knocks on our doors, with items brought in which ranged from serviettes to soap (in other words, the rooms had not been prepared). I eventually told them to make a list of everything that was missing and to please bring it all at one go, since I was really trying to get some sleep. I then saw that they hadn't supplied a dental kit, so called the front desk to ask for this to be provided. And this is when the circus really began. The usual rather typical response 'sending in two minutes' led to 20 minutes of phone calls and more ******* responses; and when, finally, the young delivery boy arrived, he was carrying soap, conditioner, shampoo (all of which I already had) -- but no dental kit! I lost my rag at this point and asked the front desk to PLEASE send someone with a dental kit, NOW. And they did. Later, I saw that the toilet roll was entirely wet, and covered in yucky black ants -- not the most appropriate way to clean oneself, at least by my standards. I then asked them please to send a couple of toilet rolls. Same story -- 'sending in two minutes', 'he's on his way'...and precisely nothing happened for half an hour. It was time to go to dinner at this point, and I said rather acidly to the desk that since I was possessed of two arms, I would happily carry the toilet rolls back to my room after dinner. And then there was the usual theatre of 'sorry sorry sorry' -- the most abused words in the English language which mean precisely nothing for most service providers in our country. Dinner provided a refreshing break from all of this, not because the food was stellar, but because we had Kajal, a wonderfully competent young lady, in charge of the dining room. She was the only good thing about this hotel, as I was about to find out. Anyway, I was beginning to think the worst was over, as I carried my two toilet rolls back to my villa. Much later at night I noticed that there was absolutely no hot water in the bathroom. And that most of the electrical appliances in the room didn't work either -- with two pronged plugs missing a plug, for instance. I decided to forego my nightly shower, and wait until the morning, because the thought of dealing with the front desk at that hour did not appeal. The following day, I rang the front desk at 8 am asking them please to send an electrician. Thirty minutes and THREE phone calls later (all of which had the familiar front desk refrain 'sending in two minutes'), the electrician came running. He was perfectly competent and courteous, and told us that some genius had SWITCHED OFF THE HOT WATER INLET FROM OUTSIDE THE VILLA. I dressed q

I was very pleased comfortable and enjoyable with my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience the hotel is situated in a prime location of the bhuj. The staff very friendly an polite. Gym Spa Liquor shop swimming pool also facilities in the resort. Very very nice view of photography and wonderful garden and large places of bhuj. The room veri nice and so clean and room space very comfortable. Good was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I hope to back for a longer visit in the future the seven sky the Clarks exotica bhuj only. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
