Beautiful resort , absolutly love the decor and the coziness of the room . Wonderful stuff Vanessa, and Cailey went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience . We will defiantly be back .

We absolutely loved our stay at Marina Rivera. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Cailey who deserves a huge shoutout. She was beyond accommodating & helpful. She went above & beyond for us and we are so grateful! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back in the future!

There is a lot to like about the Marina Rivera - location is tough to beat & Great Lake views! Easy walk to the village night life area - shuttle available & complimentary coffee - only thing missing is a small table in the room - will visit again soon! Hats off to front desk staff

Super clean and new. Plenty of parking and easy access and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very impressed and very happy with this place. Awesome lake view from rooms.

The area is good and it’s close to lake. There is no elevator. They don’t have break fast. There is no lobby and they made one of the room check in area.

The fridge doesn't get cold enough, the towels were wet when we arrived, the area felt unsafe, paper thin walls—the people above us were arguing at 3 am and you can virtually hear every sound and every step they take, there was a red stain on the bed, the shower glass needs to be extended out further because when you take a shower the entire bathroom gets soaked. Other than that it was ok.

Very small room especially for four people. You could hear everything through the walls left right and from above. Shower has no door, the water is all over the place.

They advertise 24/7 front desk attendant (not truth). The phone number they provide on a piece of paper by the door doesn't even work and do not specifies that you need to send txt to it (I did and no reply). The person who rented the room above me woke up at midnight and kept making loud noises dragging something heavy and metallic, I was unable to sleep, and the fact that the hotel advertise 24/7 service and they don't really have it wasn't nice at all.

Friendly staff. Great location. Clean room. Beds and especially pillows are nice. Fair pricing. No coffee maker or microwave amenities. Microwave is first come first serve. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear footsteps from top floor. Also, the style of the open shower was a little different. I will consider coming back, mainly for pricing and cleanliness.

This place is really close to the village. It is also lake front and has a playground next door. The personnel was very attentive. We stayed in the double bed first floor. Looked like described in pictures. We had an issue with the heater at night. Someone came to help us really quick but we still were not able to work it after she left. Overall, I will recommend. Great option. We will come back.

The carpet is dirty and very old, our linen is also very dirty and the pillow cases are very wrinkled.
