Great service from the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. 5 They were great with my 7 year old. Quiet hotel so a really comfortable night. Good breakfast and evening meal at restaurant next door. We would definitely come back again!

The room was very comfortable and great to have the restaurant with only a walk through hallway. But the highlight was the super friendly amazing staff. They were consistently positive, helpful and smiling. Vicky in particular was and is an absolute gem! She was the first staff I met, and when i walked in it was like I was welcomed home.

The staff were really nice & helpful. Vicky recommended a pub 5 minutes down the road - great spot and brilliant food. There’s plenty of room for parking. My room was spacious and had everything you need. Bed was comfy and also equipped with a fan if it was too hot.

A lovely stay at the Premier Inn in Bingley. Lovely hotel, with large room and clean and tidy. Restaurant on site and a plus was a large car park with plenty of parking

Usual good standard of hotel which was clean and comfortable however what made our trip was the excellent standard of customer services we received by the receptionist ( Vicky) on arrival. We had a slight problem with our allocated room and Vicky dealt with the situation superbly with an extremely helpful manner, professional and friendly customer services which lead to a positive outcome. Vicky is one of the best receptionist I have had the pleasure of interacting with and a credit to Premier Inn

Overall hotel clean and room as expected for Premier Inn. Probably in need of an update. Breakfast not up to usual standard. Limited availability of produce including fruit salad, croissants, mushrooms and tomatoes. Certainly not as advertised all you can eat and what you’d like to eat.

Very old decor, shabby and the restaurant wasn’t good either. Very dated and a lot of food options not available

A terrible experience which I recount here through an official complaint made to the hotel which they were unable to resolve so I've had to approach trading standards: On the second night at 1am I was awoken by raised voices / shouting and running in the corridor outside my room. I would guess that this continued for at least 15 - 20 minutes on off. This ultimately meant that I had very little sleep as I already was leaving early in the morning to return to work. This was of course very unsettling as I'm sure you can imagine, not knowing ones personal safety and what was taking place in close proximity to me. I'm unsure how these individuals were able to pass through what are supposed to be secure access swipe-card doors. I understand from reception when checking out later this morning that these intruders had managed to vandalise part of the hotel, and they had had to call the police. I would like to know what procedures and protocols you will be putting in place to prevent any similar such incidents occurring again and to ensure the safety and well-being of all your guests. As part of your "good night guarantee" and as I feel that there was not the safety for guests that would have expected, I wish to request a full refund for my stay.

Well, the problem here was that I booked an accessible room because I’m disabled. However when I arrived to check in , I was told that the room I had booked had subsequently become unavailable., Wondering how this had occurred I subsequently discovered that a member of staff at this hotel had overwritten my booking in favour of a resident seeking to extend their stay .
