1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Decided to book the residence bintan last minute for our anniversary celebration and weekend getaway. We booked one bedroom beach front pool villas and it was amazing!!!! WE LOVE IT. They decorated the bed and gave us the cake as a compliment. The hotel also provided the free land transportation from ferry terminals and return. Breakfasts were variety and international. The only thing is hotel location is far from the ferry terminals, it might feel a little tired if you only stay for 1 night. But overall, we would love to go back again. All the staffs were very responsive and very helpful.

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

We just had a very enjoyable and satisfied 2 nights stay at Angsana Bintan. All staff are very friendly, always with welcoming smiles and attentive to our needs. The services are quick and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus to ferry terminals are prompt and organized. Breakfasts are with great variety of foods and beverages, nice and delicious. All 5 of us (Myself and family) very much enjoyed our stay!! Would love to come back again in future.

Sixth time here in 10 years but first trip since 2018. Missing the Saturday night poolside barbecue and live dance/music but...the accommodation has got better, the staff are just as friendly and the beach is golden. The cocktails and food are great, good variety covering western and Asian palates, good value for money and the only reason you're not getting 5 stars is because I am really missing the barbecue and live entertainment.

Room is very practical: spacious layout & clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is large & clean. Food options are also practical: tasty/ well- prepared. Not a wide variety but sufficient. I suggest limiting plastic bottled water provision for large group functions.Undoubtedly, that's up to the consumer. But hotel can make a stand on this.

Amazing experience at Doulus Phos ship hotel. Staying on this amazing Guinness world record ship is definitely one for the books for me. I was once able to bought a book on this MV Doulus when it was sailing to sell books worldwide. The view, the amazing staff and the facilities are truly one of a kind. It was monsoon when we stay that’s why we didn’t manage to enjoy the infinity pool. We would like to come back to experience the outdoor movie with bonfire, the infinity pool and the sunset dinner. The food is great (“, ) and we truly love the amazing warm hospitality of the staff. Definitely we will be back with our family during summer time. It is a good place for family, friends or a retreat. The facilities is huge, a lot if possible activities that can be done and enjoy and not to mention that the tranquility. There is also a spa, it is still under soft opening and still undergoing for improvement but nonetheless it is worth every penny you have.

Club Med Bintan was a great experience with my family. Club Med by itself is great cause it’s an all inclusive resort but Club Med Bintan was exceptional. The buffet was amazing and we enjoyed the activities that were available all day! I especially enjoyed the Trapeze with the friendly Alejandro! However, we went during the monsoon season so there wasn’t any water sport activities available :( There were also shows each night we were there showcasing the spectacular talents of the GOs. Mostly, we really enjoyed our time with the GOs. The GOs were very accommodating and entertaining. At the start, we were greeted by the friendly and talented Ally! Following that, rest of the GOs gave us a trip to remember. Especially, Athena, Mimi, Alejandro, Fida, Richie, Yum, Emily and Ribika! They stayed up to party with us just to make sure we enjoyed our night. They were very fun and entertaining. Richie is really great at dancing and was always dancing with us! He even taught my mother how to dance! And our favourite bartender was Lucky, always full of smiles! Special shout out to Athena and Mimi! They were really nice, funny and fun! Athena was funny up till the end, even during the send off and Mimi came back on her off day just to bid us farewell. Much appreciated guys and 10/10 will come back! Thank you for being so amazing :)

We were very pleased with our experience at The Sanchaya! Greg and his staff were so hospitable we felt comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived at the Ferry Terminal. The service and facilities were excellent..from the room service to the dining areas. Movie Choices were so updated and wide. Good quality toiletries and snacks in the room minibar We had a little miscommunication about a service fee and were so grateful that they patiently hear us out and resolved it quickly. Thank you Greg, Nawa, Madon, Wawan, Vivi and all the staff at The Sanchaya for a memorable stay!

Originally I booked the unit with sea view at Indra Maya Villa but there are steps to reach the villa. But with a wheelchair-bound elderly, we had to cancel and booked KWA Villa directly from the Resort. KWA villa seems to be the only one with direct access without steps. KWA Villa has beautiful layout especially the private pool and sea view. Also have a personal buggy provided. Also a nice pavilion - perfect for quiet time. The outdoor sofa should have proper shelter. When the rain came, the sofa was all soaked wet. Insufficient lighting within the living/dining room. Estate maintenance is poor. Lots of mosquitoes. The Resort doesn't provide insecticide. On Sunday morning, we are deprived of water supply in the Villa because the pipe burst outside the Villa. So we could not swim because we could not use the bathrooms. Housekeeping is generally ok. Even beach towels. Kitchen has utensils & crockery but the bowls, knife and ladle missing. The staff especially Ahmad who drive the buggies and vans are attentive and dedicated. Ahmad pushed my mother's wheelchair to/fro road/villa through the rain and was drenched despite the umbrella. The breakfast food selection limited. With limited guests, the buffet became a ordering system. We had to order from the system.
