Отличный красивый отель с приятный инфраструктурой, красивыми видами и теплым морем.
Вкусная разнообразная еда: неделя расписана по разным кухням мира. Очень интересно!
Номер был большой: комната и зал с раскладывающемся диваном. Балкон с невероятным видом на пальмы и море.
Всегда можно перекусить в ресторанах на пляже.
Есть бассейн общий, с отдел нам джакузи, а так же бассейн только для взрослых, без допуска детей.
Уборка номера ежедневного и так же предлагают дополнительно убраться, если есть необходимость.
Из минусов могу отметить только то что вода!!! Обычная вода в ресторане так же за дополнительную плату.
Вопрос нет по напиткам другим, но обычная вода-странно!

Уютный, чистый небольшой отель с прекрасным видом на океан. Из моего номера было слышно шум волн! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный, всегда во всем помогут, бассейн чистят ежедневно. Садовник следит за садом тоже каждый день! Иногда устраивают аквааэробику, вечером диско.

Хорошее место, удачная локация, рядом хороший общественный пляж с хвойными деревьями, есть номера с видом на море из которых видны красивые закаты.
Завтраки однообразные простые, но есть можно.
Убираются каждый день с заменой полотенец и белья, дают пляжные полотенца. Хороший вариант за свои деньги

Три дня мы провели в этом отеле. Впечатления только положительные. Локация удачная, 10 минут ходьбы до пляжа. И 15 минут до магазинов. Рядом много кафе. Но мы питались в отеле, ребята очень вкусно готовят, красивая подача сочетается с сервисом, с вкусным меню. Ужины нас покорили, изысканные блюда и десерты. На завтрак так же голодным не останешься, тосты, сыр, масло, омлет и йогурты собственного приготовления. В номере убираются ежедневно, белоснежные полотенца, большие номера. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Отель безупречен во всем,семейного типа.Шикарные свободные номера,отличная косметика,которая обновляется каждый день Bulgari.Персонал услужливый ,запоминает предпочтения каждого.Очень приветливые,все оперативно делают,предвосхищая ожидания требовательного клиента.Территория зеленая небольшая,единственный минус это океан был с мутной водой ,огорожен крупным камнем .Мы снимали несколько номеров ,все остались довольны очень.Переехали в соседний отель,так как начинались уже дни командировки в 2-х км,Sugar Beach,океан прекрасен,длинная полоса пляжная ,огромная территория .А вот такого отношения клиентоориентированного нет,все тебя не замечают ,номерной фонд отаратный ,идет реконструкция отеля отдельных корпусов,стучат и им все равно на отдыхающих,сразу захотелось вернуться. Поэтому спасибо за радушный теплый прием! Мы вернемся обязательно на этот прекрасный остров и его западную часть- самую идеальную в части погоды. 😇

Отель хорош. Очень удобное расположение. Остановка, обменник, супермаркет, пляж. Завтраки по системе шведский стол. Ужин по меню. Мой вылет был рано утром, я спросила у менеджера могут ли дать мне завтрак с собой, записали все на бумаге оформили, сказали после 5:00 можете забрать. Утром мне сказали, что ничего такого нет. У них так не делают. Хотя я спросила, чтоб самой заранее купить. А так, все менеджеры, работники, очень милые, добрые, позитивные. По будням у них есть зонты и шезлонги до 17:00! Это я считаю, огромным плюсом! Один раз за ужином было представление с танцами! Потрясающее ❤️ Воду пополняли мне каждый день в кувшин! Чай/кофе/

Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

Честно остались разочарованы этим отелем
Во первых при заселении нас хотели обмануть и заселить в номер на класс меньше, чем мы бронировали
Хотя мы специально отдали на 100.000₽ больше, чтобы у нас было бунгало на берегу, и номер побольше
Следующий минус это питание, мы бронировали с 3-х разовым питанием, а по итогу какой-то цирк, нам сказали завтрак и обед будет в ресторане номер 1, а ужин нужно бронировать заранее в ресторанах 7 и 10
В итоге завтрак действительно был в ресторане 1, а обед мы там не нашли, пошли спросить на ресепшен, сказали что обед в другом ресторане с 3 до 5, было 3:10, мы идем в этот ресторан и нам говорят что до 3 обед бесплатный (то есть входит в наш тариф), а после 3 уже надо платить, ну такой бред
Еще и выбор в ресторане ни о чем
А на ужин и вовсе платные напитки, даже за чай обычный нужно платить
А на завтраке черный чай только у них в чайнике есть, и то это не чай а чефир, который невозможно пить, в итоге ходили на завтрак с нашим пакетиком чая
И последнее что оставило плохое впечатление это персонал, который проводил уборку номера, мы выходили из номера и оставили табличку «не беспокоить», что во всех отелях означает, что уборка НЕ нужна. Ушли на пару часов, приходим видим что наш номер убрали, час не могли найти некоторые свои вещи, например зарядку почему что положили в ящик рядом с холодильником
И самое главное что они украли наш стакан, и так и не вернули его! У нас был с собой наш стакан, в котором мы всегда пьем кофе, так вот во время уборки его забрали, наверно подумав что это их, а потом сказали что вернут но так и не вернули! Это позор!
Из хорошего только красивая ухоженная территория и хороший немноголюдный пляж

ЮЮлия АнфаловаThis hotel is one of the most budget-friendly options. We checked in quickly, and our room was on the ground floor. The room had a wide bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, a wardrobe, and tea and coffee were left daily. There was a kettle, but no water was provided. The room was well-lit. The shower and plumbing were old, but there was always hot water. Beach towels were provided. We only had breakfast, but there were no vegetables at all. Fruit options included apples, pears, oranges, watermelon, and pineapple. The hotel is close to the beach. The grounds are very beautiful, but there are a lot of coconuts on the palm trees, and they fall. The hotel staff was very friendly. We rented a car for the entire vacation, and there was always parking. The WiFi was good. Overall, the hotel is not bad; they could add vegetables to the breakfast menu, remove the coconuts from the palm trees, and replace the showers and plumbing. There are also a lot of cats on the grounds; if you go, bring cat food.

GGuest UserWe were honestly disappointed with this hotel.
First of all, they tried to cheat us at check-in and put us in a room a class smaller than what we booked.
Even though we'd paid 100,000₽ more to get a bungalow on the beach and a larger room.
The next downside was the food. We booked with three meals a day, but it turned out to be a complete circus. We were told breakfast and lunch would be in restaurant number 1, and dinner had to be booked in advance at restaurants 7 and 10.
In the end, breakfast was indeed in restaurant number 1, but we couldn't find lunch there. We went to ask at reception, and they said lunch was in another restaurant from 3 to 5. It was 3:10. We went to this restaurant and were told that lunch was free until 3 (meaning it was included in our rate), but after 3 you had to pay. What nonsense.
The restaurant selection was also pathetic.
And for dinner, drinks were completely paid for; even regular tea required payment.
And at breakfast They only have black tea in a teapot, and it's not tea, it's undrinkable. We ended up going to breakfast with our tea bag.
And the last thing that left a bad impression was the staff cleaning the room. We left the room and left the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, which in all hotels means no cleaning is needed. We left for a couple of hours, came back to find our room cleaned, and for an hour we couldn't find some of our things, like our charger—why they put it in the drawer next to the refrigerator.
And the worst part is, they stole our glass and never returned it! We had our glass with us, which we always use for coffee, and during cleaning, they took it, probably thinking it was theirs, and then said they'd return it, but they never did! It's a disgrace!
The only good things are the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a nice, uncrowded beach.

AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The team surprised my wife with a lovely birthday celebration even though we never informed them — a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects their hospitality.
After spending 10 days in Mauritius and staying in 3 different resorts across the island, this was by far the best. If we return to Mauritius, this will be our first and only choice.
The resort is calm, comfortable, and offers great privacy. The staff are extremely professional and kind. There are four diverse restaurants, a spa, and several excellent facilities.
Simply the best — highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good. Very convenient location. Bus stop, currency exchange, supermarket, beach. Breakfast buffet. Dinner a la carte. My flight was early in the morning, I asked the manager if they could give me breakfast to go, they wrote everything down on paper, issued it, said you can pick it up after 5:00. In the morning they told me that there was nothing like that. They don’t do that. Although I asked to buy it myself in advance. But all the managers, employees, are very nice, kind, positive. On weekdays they have umbrellas and sun loungers until 17:00! I think this is a huge plus! Once during dinner there was a performance with dancing! Amazing ❤️ They replenished my water every day in a jug! Tea / coffee /

The houseboat also has many activities. Most water activities can be participated in the same day if the sea conditions are good. Glass boats and snorkeling need to be booked in advance. Walking along the beach of the hotel in the evening, you can see a very beautiful sunset. The hotel's buffet food is very Western, and the atmosphere of the dinner is very good.

FFengzhongfeixiangdexiaoyaojing897This was the most comfortable and pleasant hotel I stayed at in Mauritius, it was fantastic! The view outside the hotel is beautiful; you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.
The hotel facilities are complete, convenient, and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Delicious, varied food: the week is scheduled around different cuisines. Very interesting!
The room was large: a room and a living room with a fold-out sofa. The balcony offered incredible views of the palm trees and the sea.
You can always grab a bite at the beach restaurants.
There's a communal pool with a separate jacuzzi, as well as an adults-only pool (no children allowed).
Room cleaning is daily, and they offer extra cleaning if needed.
The only downside I can think of is the water! Regular water in the restaurant is also available for an extra fee.
I don't have any questions about other drinks, but regular water is odd!
