哈哈😂我們一入住馬桶就漏水。食物就非常難以入口。雖然是含了早餐和晚飯，但是我們都無法吃飽，因為都沒有東西吃啊！我們到現場再掏了差不多500美金升級為套房。理由是：我們之前預訂的房型不能住兩大兩小。所以在中國我們已經付款了3799+元房費，到了當地還再加➕了465美金才給我們住下。幸好帶了一些備用金，不然哈哈哈哈！我們不是特別推薦哈哈

Уютный, чистый небольшой отель с прекрасным видом на океан. Из моего номера было слышно шум волн! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный, всегда во всем помогут, бассейн чистят ежедневно. Садовник следит за садом тоже каждый день! Иногда устраивают аквааэробику, вечером диско.

Отель однин из самых бюджетных отелей. Засели быстро, номер был на первом этаже. В номере широкая кровать с удобным матрасом и подушками, есть шкаф для вещей, кажлый день оставляют чай и кофе, есть чайник, воду не дают. Хорошее освещение в номере. Старая душевая, сантехника, горячая вода всегда была. Пляжные полотенца дают. Брали только завтрак, на завтрак совсем нет овощей, из фруктов яблоки, груши, апельсины, арбуз или ананас. Отель расположен близко к пляжу. Территория отеля очень красивая, но очень много кокосов на пальмах и они падают. Персонал отеля очень хороший. Брали машину на весь отпуск, всегда были парковочные места. Вай фай хорошо ловит. В целом отель неплохой, разнообразить бы завтраки овощами, убрать кокосы с пальм, поменять душевые и сантехнику. Еще на территории много кошечек, кто поедет возьмите для них корм.

Три дня мы провели в этом отеле. Впечатления только положительные. Локация удачная, 10 минут ходьбы до пляжа. И 15 минут до магазинов. Рядом много кафе. Но мы питались в отеле, ребята очень вкусно готовят, красивая подача сочетается с сервисом, с вкусным меню. Ужины нас покорили, изысканные блюда и десерты. На завтрак так же голодным не останешься, тосты, сыр, масло, омлет и йогурты собственного приготовления. В номере убираются ежедневно, белоснежные полотенца, большие номера. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Excellent séjour dans ce superbe hôtel. Avons fait deux autres hôtel 5 étoiles à Maurice et celui-ci surpasse largement les deux autres. Équipe disponible et à l’écoute. Bel endroit bien placé en face des dauphins. Belle plage avec transats confortables, beaucoup d’activités mer, grande piscine chauffée avec une équipe de bar excellente ! Merci à eux et à Ruddy. Très bons restaurants avec du choix merci aussi à l’équipe.
Belle chambre propre et confortable. Grande salle de bain et dressing.

Отель хорош. Очень удобное расположение. Остановка, обменник, супермаркет, пляж. Завтраки по системе шведский стол. Ужин по меню. Мой вылет был рано утром, я спросила у менеджера могут ли дать мне завтрак с собой, записали все на бумаге оформили, сказали после 5:00 можете забрать. Утром мне сказали, что ничего такого нет. У них так не делают. Хотя я спросила, чтоб самой заранее купить. А так, все менеджеры, работники, очень милые, добрые, позитивные. По будням у них есть зонты и шезлонги до 17:00! Это я считаю, огромным плюсом! Один раз за ужином было представление с танцами! Потрясающее ❤️ Воду пополняли мне каждый день в кувшин! Чай/кофе/

Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

Останавливались на Маврикии в трёх разных отелях, в разных частях острова, поэтому у нас есть база для сравнения. La Pirogue уверенно стал лучшим из всех. Отель стоит на одном из самых живописных пляжей острова — Флик-ан-Флак. Огромная зелёная территория, приватные бунгало среди пальм, ощущение пространства и уюта. Инфраструктура общая с соседним Sugar Beach: теннисные корты, спортзал, водные активности — всё под рукой. Работа персонала — на уровне отеля премиального уровня. Кухня — отдельный разговор: вкус, подача, ассортимент — без преувеличений, лучшее, что мы пробовали в путешествиях. А-ля карт ужины — must try, особенно морепродукты. Кальмары готовят идеально, без привычной «резины». За питание ставим честную 10 из 10. Как и во всех отелях Маврикия, напитки на ужине — платные, включая воду. Зато на завтраке подают игристое — приятный бонус. Единственный момент, который разочаровал. Заезд пришёлся на мой день рождения, о чём мы заранее уведомили отель при бронировании. Ожидали стандартного комплимента от уровня отеля такого бренда (торт или символический презент). В итоге поздравление пришлось выбивать самостоятельно — несколько звонков, напоминания. Лишь после настойчивости всё организовали. Не критично, но осадок остался.
Несмотря на единичный сбой с поздравлением, отель закрывает ожидания на максимум. Твёрдая 10 из 10 и однозначная рекомендация для тех, кто хочет увидеть Маврикий в лучшем исполнении и достойно провести свои каникулы, не покидая территорию.

ЮЮлия АнфаловаThis hotel is one of the most budget-friendly options. We checked in quickly, and our room was on the ground floor. The room had a wide bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, a wardrobe, and tea and coffee were left daily. There was a kettle, but no water was provided. The room was well-lit. The shower and plumbing were old, but there was always hot water. Beach towels were provided. We only had breakfast, but there were no vegetables at all. Fruit options included apples, pears, oranges, watermelon, and pineapple. The hotel is close to the beach. The grounds are very beautiful, but there are a lot of coconuts on the palm trees, and they fall. The hotel staff was very friendly. We rented a car for the entire vacation, and there was always parking. The WiFi was good. Overall, the hotel is not bad; they could add vegetables to the breakfast menu, remove the coconuts from the palm trees, and replace the showers and plumbing. There are also a lot of cats on the grounds; if you go, bring cat food.

GGuest UserWe were honestly disappointed with this hotel.
First of all, they tried to cheat us at check-in and put us in a room a class smaller than what we booked.
Even though we'd paid 100,000₽ more to get a bungalow on the beach and a larger room.
The next downside was the food. We booked with three meals a day, but it turned out to be a complete circus. We were told breakfast and lunch would be in restaurant number 1, and dinner had to be booked in advance at restaurants 7 and 10.
In the end, breakfast was indeed in restaurant number 1, but we couldn't find lunch there. We went to ask at reception, and they said lunch was in another restaurant from 3 to 5. It was 3:10. We went to this restaurant and were told that lunch was free until 3 (meaning it was included in our rate), but after 3 you had to pay. What nonsense.
The restaurant selection was also pathetic.
And for dinner, drinks were completely paid for; even regular tea required payment.
And at breakfast They only have black tea in a teapot, and it's not tea, it's undrinkable. We ended up going to breakfast with our tea bag.
And the last thing that left a bad impression was the staff cleaning the room. We left the room and left the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, which in all hotels means no cleaning is needed. We left for a couple of hours, came back to find our room cleaned, and for an hour we couldn't find some of our things, like our charger—why they put it in the drawer next to the refrigerator.
And the worst part is, they stole our glass and never returned it! We had our glass with us, which we always use for coffee, and during cleaning, they took it, probably thinking it was theirs, and then said they'd return it, but they never did! It's a disgrace!
The only good things are the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a nice, uncrowded beach.

AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The team surprised my wife with a lovely birthday celebration even though we never informed them — a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects their hospitality.
After spending 10 days in Mauritius and staying in 3 different resorts across the island, this was by far the best. If we return to Mauritius, this will be our first and only choice.
The resort is calm, comfortable, and offers great privacy. The staff are extremely professional and kind. There are four diverse restaurants, a spa, and several excellent facilities.
Simply the best — highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good. Very convenient location. Bus stop, currency exchange, supermarket, beach. Breakfast buffet. Dinner a la carte. My flight was early in the morning, I asked the manager if they could give me breakfast to go, they wrote everything down on paper, issued it, said you can pick it up after 5:00. In the morning they told me that there was nothing like that. They don’t do that. Although I asked to buy it myself in advance. But all the managers, employees, are very nice, kind, positive. On weekdays they have umbrellas and sun loungers until 17:00! I think this is a huge plus! Once during dinner there was a performance with dancing! Amazing ❤️ They replenished my water every day in a jug! Tea / coffee /

GGuest UserThe hotel is impeccable in everything, family type. Chic available rooms, excellent cosmetics, which are updated every day by Bulgari. The staff is helpful, remembers everyone's preferences. Very friendly, they do everything quickly, anticipating the expectations of a demanding client. The territory is green and small, the only negative is the ocean muddy water, fenced with a large stone. We rented several rooms, everyone was very pleased. We moved to a neighboring hotel, since the days of a business trip had already begun, 2 km away, Sugar Beach, the ocean is beautiful, a long strip of beach, a huge territory. And here’s this There is no customer-oriented relationship, everyone doesn’t notice you, the number of rooms is huge, the hotel is reconstructing individual buildings, they knock and they don’t care about the vacationers, I immediately wanted to come back. So thank you for your warm welcome! We will definitely return to this beautiful island and its western part, which has the most ideal weather. 😇

FFengzhongfeixiangdexiaoyaojing897This was the most comfortable and pleasant hotel I stayed at in Mauritius, it was fantastic! The view outside the hotel is beautiful; you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.
The hotel facilities are complete, convenient, and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserHaha 😂 As soon as we checked in, the toilet started leaking. The food was practically inedible. Even though breakfast and dinner were included, we couldn't get enough to eat because there was nothing appealing! We ended up paying an extra $500 on site to upgrade to a suite. The reason given was that our original room type couldn't accommodate two adults and two children. So, we had already paid over 3799 RMB in China, and then had to add another $465 locally just to get a room. Luckily, we brought some emergency funds, otherwise, hahaha! We don't particularly recommend it, haha.
