Neat little boutique resort with very pleasant staff. Very serene environment wthout noisy families and children.. surrounded by plenty of mangrove habitat within the property. Outside the property, you can cycle to rustic local villages and fisherman wharf (15mins walk away). Could hv been better if wifi is more stable. Electricity tripped once when we were there for 3D/2n..and if there is a.mini-fridge in the room, it would be perfect. Otherwise, all facilities are good enough. Menu serves a variety of western, indonesian and some chinese food but your best choice would be their yummy indonesian selection. Basic water activities eg swimming pool overlooking the sea, kayaking and other on-site tours are available. For kids: small slides, swings, see-saw, small animals eg rabbits, cats and chickens. Entertaintment: simple board games, uno, darts etc

Iy was a great stay. My family were impressed by how clean it was and how they maintain it. They think its very neat. Swimming pool was clean and barbeque they made it easy for us. It would be right if yall booked for 3 days 2 nights and also prebook your activities. Like barbeque they need time to prepare for you guys. If you want things immediately its better to prebook.We prebooked most and some items we book on the spot so we knew. Also if yall are the type that are looking forward to peace and quiet this is the place. You can relax as much as you want. There is tv and amenities as well. I love their welcome drink haha. The staff are very friendly and patient too. We liked our stay. Those who are looking to relax and stay this is for yall.

I recently stayed at Bintan Exotica Resort and it was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. My room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed. The hotel's facilities were great. The food was a highlight! I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

A very pleasant calm, peaceful and serene place for recharge, retreat or for family bonding. The staff are helpful and friendly and very accommodating. To our surprise we found a lot of beautiful fiddler crabs on the rock, just like hundred of beautiful jewelry scattered on the rock. That’s really made our day as well. We enjoy very much during our stay.

We stayed at tree house and beachfront luxury pavillion and it had an amazing view of sea, with sea breeze. They serve an overall tasty food, especially the soto ayam, dumsum and satay ayam. Such a calm place for healing with loved ones. i got complimentary coconut due to my husband suddenly got sick here, they give full service and support for us.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are in individual buildings, largely, with a pretty and well-maintained courtyard, and many rooms are right on the ocean. The room we stayed in was super-clean and seemed to be newly refubished or painted? It is traditionally furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite large, with plenty of places to put things. There are two small beaches, with mangrove forests in between. Some minor equipment for kids, like slide, swings, table tennis and the like. Their pool is 24 hours. They offer bikes (for free?) and offer other things like massages that we didn't try. We had two meals here, and the food is excellent. They don't have it on the menu, but there are three choices of beer—one local, two European. The staff here is universally excellent, going out of their way to be helpful. Their English is quite good too. Check-in was quite easy. The prices are reasonable. I've seen fancier, but this to me seems like it is designed to seem like you're in Bintan, with traditional-looking buildings and furnishings. I'd definitely come back.

Spent a very nice three nights at Bintan Exotica Resort. People were all very warm and attentive, the house facilities were complete and good, and most importantly the view was just extremely beautiful! Excellent reception made my perfect Easter trip! Highly recommended✨

Relaxing and nice place to stay. The staff are allo accomodating, the massage is good and the food is very nice also. Its good for couples, group of friends and family who would want a quick getaway from the city. We will definitely go back soon.

The best gateaway for a long weekend from Singapore. The staff is the friendliest and goes the extra mile to accommodate with your request. We were the only family having dinner late at night but they still set up the karaoke for us since we requested. The villas are very well maintained and washrooms are spotless. No mosquitoes in the area but the wifi can be slow at times, still manageable if you are on holidays. The resort also did some arrangements for Easter egg hunts and some other entertainment for the kids and they had a fun time.
