Location is very convenient, not far walking from centrale train station and right on the subway station to go anywhere in the city. Walking distance to the city center a bit far. Single room is small but really ok, small balcony, tv, fan, small desk , it was clean and ok Shared bathroom also clean People at the front desk were nice and polite.

適合一個人旅行的人，離火車站近，樓下就是地鐵，服務體貼。

常算整潔，職員有禮同會介紹地方，房間都算大，可以容納兩人行李 落樓下就係地鐵站，非常方便到吾同景點

酒店離地鐵站和中心火車站非常近，就是隔音不太好，如果睡眠輕不太推薦這裏。不過作為第二天一早趕火車的臨時落腳點還是不錯的選擇，性價比很高。

The location is perfect. It calls itself "B&B" but does not include breakfast, I think the name should be changed as it is misleading. Just when my partner and I were checking out, we met some guys who were waiting for more than half an hour to check in. Unprofessional.

We had two nights in Milan. It was a 25 min walk to Duomo but transportation was close by and easy to get to Milan central station. Very good for a short stay

Read some horror stories so was expecting the worst but it was pretty good for what it was. Room was small, with a little balcony but was clean and fine for a solo traveller. Staff were helpful but it was a bit hit and miss as to when Reception was open. Shared bathroom was always clean, shower was fine. Location is great, Sondrio metro is literally on the doorstep, one stop away from Centrale. Bit noisy as there is a building being constructed to the side but thats not the accomodations fault. Had a look at the other 3rd floor rooms as they were being cleaned and they were bigger and looked pretty nice. If you are used to plush hotels then isn't probably for you but if your looking for cheap digs for a couple of nights then this is fine for the price.

Property is kind of like a university dormitory with a shared kitchen area and then several rooms and a shared bathroom along a corridor. I had an en-suite which was basic but clean and all I needed. Because of the layout there was quite a lot of noise from other guests who weren't very considerate - playing music, having loud conversations and moving furniture at all hours but this is probably just dependent on who else is there during your stay and not the fault of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful and the property is a good location to get into central easily (walking or via metro) and also to the airport as the train station is only 5 minutes walk.

Good location and our room was very big and clean. The check in and out was very strange though and we never got any reciept of the extra fee for late check in , even though we asked for it. They also dont accept card payments for late check in. The reception was not open in the morning when we were to check out, so there was no where to put the key - and we didnt get any instructions about that when we check in either. Hence, we just left the key in the room.

Worst customer service! I requested a refund for an error in booking. On-call, they agree to refund politely but when I applied for a refund via *********** support. They declined it and never answered my messages. They charged me the full amount. If you don't want to do it, don't agree first and respond to your customer! Liers!

alloggio comodo vicino alla stazione centrale,zona tranquilla ma ben servita da mezzi pubblici e servizi,stanza essenziale ma funzionale,bagno grande,personale cortese.

troppo rumorosa, la stanza è adiacente ad un ascensore e per tutta la notte c'è stato rumore di gente

Llegue a las 11:00 pm y no había con quien comunicarse. Tuve que buscar otro hotel cercano. Decepcionante.
