We have stayed here several times and always try to make it part of a trip to Europe. We are out and about during the day but always enjoy the evening on the balcony with such great views. Get a balcony if you can! Tomaz made us feel at home as usual. The spa staff is great as we often get a massage and use the sauna area. Breakfast has a great selection and service. The front desk was always available to answer any questions we had. Our room was always serviced perfectly. Thanks we will be back. Joseph W

You just want to sit in the lobby for hours. Congratulations to the decorator of this gorgeous hotel, and also to the staff. We arrived in the evening, had a drink at the bar and a sandwich & fries in that beautiful setting. My friend asked if they had soup. They didn’t but the chef went out of his way to make a spinach lime soup that was excellent. Now that’s service! I can’t imagine a server going in the kitchen and making that happen. The servers were all so friendly. The breakfast buffet in the jungle had plenty of tasty choices and eating among all those fluffy trees with animals in them was such fun. Room was comfy, location great, view fantastic. When in Bled make sure you check out this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Man gelangt sehr schnell am Bleder See. Leider hat man keine Aussicht auf dem See von der Terrase aus. Frühstück war gut und es gab viel Angebot. Man hört leider die Narchbarn aus den anderen Zimmern, da die Wände nicht besonders dick sind.

Lake Bled and Hotel Park are inseparable for my family. We have been going there for about 15 years. The hotel is located in the best place in Bled. It is excellent, especially after the renovation in 2020. The rooms are spacious, with a very practical, expertly designed interior. The pool and spa are very good. Everything is clean and well maintained. They will find you a parking space even when it is crowded. People with disabilities will have no problem. The food is excellent, the restaurant is spacious. Best of all are the employees, who do their best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. We are going there next year as well. And next...

Lovely hotel, really nice welcome at reception with lots of information about hotel, our room and area around Bled. All the staff we spoke to were so friendly and helpful it was like being at home with friends. Lovely immaculate room with lake view and jacuzzi on balcony. Very comfortable bed, Breakfasts were good and lots of choice with very fresh food. The Grill restaurant was excellent for dinner and the hotel buffet dinner was also very good value. The pool was nice, completely empty when we used it , the only thing not perfect was the sauna and steam weren’t on and it wasn’t clear how to switch them on. There is a Thai massage centre in the hotel and we had a very good professional massage

Hotel caratteristico, tutto in legno e a circa 200 metri dal lago. Molto carino ed abbastanza pulito. Se si vuole, si può cenare al ristorante interno. I piatti sembrano tipici. Noi abbiamo mangiato bene. Il servizio purtroppo non è presentissimo, almeno il cameriere che ci ha serviti. L’hotel dispone di parcheggio all’aperto riservato…molto comodo. Unica pecca, è l’assenza di ascensore, ma ovviamente solo nel caso vi fossero necessità particolari, in quanto si tratta di salire un solo piano. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e Bled, merita di essere visitata.

We have just spent two lovely nights at Penzion Kaps that exceeded our expectations. Despite arriving much earlier than expected we received a very warm welcome from Peter who went to a lot of trouble to tell us about things to do in and around Bled. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had a lovely view of the surrounding gardens and hills from the balcony. Sitting there after a tiring train journey was a great way to prepare for touring the lake and hills. The choices at breakfast could not have been better, with every taste catered for. All in all, this was a perfect end to our stay in Slovenia. We would not hesitate to recommend stating here.

We were on a Gate 1 tour. This was the very best hotel on our tour. Thank goodness we ended our tour at this hotel and town. Great location. Beautiful setting. Best breakfast on our tour. Room extremely comfortable. Love the robe and bed. Front desk staff fantastic! They held a very important piece of mail for my husband. They also showed me how to find a restaurant which was right next door. The evening bar lady was wonderful. Did not get a chance to enjoy the spa or pool. I would stay two to three nights. Bled is so beautiful I wish we had stayed. Fantastic hotel and location.

The room was actually a really good size, plugs on both sides of the bed, a balcony, also a good-sized bathroom. There was nothing special about the hotel in general, but it was fine. The location was okay and there was on-site parking. The bed was on the firm side and not super comfortable. There was a desk, tv, and plugs on both sides of the bed. We didn't use any amenities (mostly located at a ”sister” property next door - but we did grab a drink at the other property and it looked REALLY nice). It was clean and fine for a night. I think if we were to go back, we'd probably choose somewhere else even if we had to pay a little more. The air conditioning didn't work very well. I know summer is always hotter than it used to be these days, but it was very uncomfortable temperature-wise. I We tried opening the windows at night, but that didn't help either.
