O hotel está datado. Os quartos são bem antigos, com carpete. Porém o atendimento é muito bom e o café da manhã é excelente para padrões americanos. Realmente diferenciado. Confirme se a sua reserva também dá direito aos drinks de HappyHour. Das 5:30 as 7:30 PM vc pode degustar do bar a vontade, inclusive drinks não alcoólicos para crianças (leve seu tira-gosto!!; Eles não oferecem) A suíte com duas camas de casal acomoda até 2 adultos e duas crianças. Próximo ao maior shopping de Boca e a Turnpike e 95.

Tammy in the restaurant provided wonderful and attentive service. She was so pleasant and made me feel taken care of. I travel with a flight crew and service like this means a lot to me, as I am on the road so much. The food was good also, I had the Cuban sandwich and the churros, and coffee of course. Tammy was so sweet and left me the pot so I could help myself!

Quiet a old property with thin walls, you could hear noice at night, service was exceptional.

I actually went a year ago, but there was no space for that. It was close to Memorial Day not sure of the dates. We stayed 5 nights, 6 days. I went with my 12 year old granddaughter and myself. Not used to traveling alone. My daughter died my granddaughters mother, I wanted to take her away close to her death to take her mind off of it.and 8 months later my Husband died, so it was a new adventure for us to go alone. We have been going to the Boca Resort for about 20 years and enjoying every minute of it. The breakfast buffet was superb with people who worked there for 20 years and were such familiar faces. There are people who won’t go back because they took the most amazing breakfast buffet away. When we left they told us we had butler service. What a joke. I have been to hotels with butler service and as soon as you go to your room the butler introduces themself to you and asks if there is anything they can do. This hotel holds themselves out as such a fancy hotel, but we had room service for eggs in the morning because we were going to the beach and they were left in our room for 10 hours even after our room was made up. I called and called and they refused to take eggs away that were left there for 10 hours, ( real fancy and classy hotel). I called room service when we got back from dinner, we ate at every restaurant in the resort, and they said to put the dishes outside of our room. Are we at a Best western? I told them I would put these dishes in the elevator if they didn’t get them out of the room. They were there in 5 minutes. I don’t know how this hotel holds itself out to be such a fancy hotel. I’ve been to Ritz Carlton’s , St. Regis, Vanderbilts, with real butler service. I don’t know who the person is who thought they could do a better job than the previous owners, but you are so wrong. Giving free water bottles that are confiscated at the gate at the airport isn’t going to do it. Who are you? I would like to have a chat with you and see what you are trying to accomplish at your hotel because it is really lacking. We went to Principessa for dinner and my granddaughter really liked her meal, I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and it was $30.00. SERIOUSLY. If you’re going to hold yourself out as a fancy hotel then accomplish that. The staff was so untrained it was pathetic. First lesson is a well trained staff, if you can’t train them to not be jealous of guests then you have failed.

Das Hotel liegt an der 95iger nach Miami und war ideal zum Übernachten. Das Zimmer geräumig. Leider war vor dem Zimmer die ganze Technik der Klimaanlage und der Lärm war etwas störend. Für uns war’s ok, da wir keinen leichten Schlaf haben. Betten waren gut, alles sauber. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht.

Boca raton is a really nice stay. If u are looking some were too go you should go too boca raton. The hotel was really nice and clean the Maids come to clean your room everyday. Breakfast is really nice and dinner there is a lot of choices to go. And the last but not least the pool. It is so nice can wrap your own Cabana with a TV in it and the couch and like if you free food a really nice there's a pirate for toddlers if you have little ones and now the Waterside one is closed and one open they are both really fun at night time I don't hear anything I saw a review that said I heard a lot of noise at night people snoring next door but I didn't hear anything at all it a nice stay if you go have a good time
