Very good location, right outside of the bus interchange gate, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Room is tastefully decorated with smart toilet and comfortable bedding. Staff are friendly and helpful, helped to plan our trip to yellow mountain and provided utilities for us suited the weather, like gloves, walking stick etc. breakfast is good to prepare for mountain climbing. the restaurant downstairs is very yummy and reasonably priced, love all the dishes we tried, especially the mixed fish pot and the fried potato noodle. Didn’t take many photos. Highly recommended.

Beautiful recently renovated hotel located close to lions peak and close enough to the bright summit to watch sunset. We went the Taiping cable car route and only had to walk 40 mins after getting off the cable car. They even provide winter down jackets to watch the sunrise and send updates for what time sunrise and sunset is and the probability of seeing it. We got a package that included a buffet breakfast and dinner which was so good with so many options!! It was so nice to stay in such a nice hotel up on the mountain and their service was amazing, even checking to see if we got down the mountain safely. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to stay on huangshan for a night or two.

We were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival. The room was very clean and spacious and breakfast was a good spread of food catering to Chinese and foreigners. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the exquisite afternoon tea laid on by the hotel.

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

TTangshengshengAfter spending two days at the top of Huangshan, I returned and stayed here again, and it felt even more comfortable. The hotel is very close to Yuping Cableway, with a shortcut staircase just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to avoid the shuttle buses. It's also very near the Ciguang Pavilion hiking entrance, again with a shortcut staircase for direct hiking. This makes it perfect for guests who want to explore Huangshan in depth.
The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and an artistic design. You can see the majestic Tiandu Peak and the spectacular Renzi Waterfall, and at night, you fall asleep to the sound of flowing water. The butler service was excellent – very responsive, accommodating every request, and able to arrange everything in advance. Thumbs up!
The driver was very skilled, navigating the mountain roads smoothly without causing any motion sickness, and provided timely pick-ups and drop-offs at the high-speed rail station. Thumbs up!
The tea from the lady at the tea room was delightful and refreshing. Thumbs up!
The restaurant food was delicious, and the chef's skills were top-notch. Thumbs up! The waitstaff were also very pleasant. Thumbs up! Housekeeping was prompt and the room was very clean. Thumbs up! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Huangshan.

My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever.
Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure.
Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings.
This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

ZZaihaibian.The room is fully equipped, even with a mini-fridge, and it's very clean. The in-room facilities are all smart, with plenty of lighting, and the shower is a big plus with multiple nozzles – it's so convenient, just like being at home! Disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers are also provided, which is great. But the most important thing is the hotel's service, which is truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangshan. They offer pick-up and drop-off to the transfer center, which is a huge convenience. Plus, the hotel provides hiking poles, and on the day we went hiking, there was a light rain, so they even gave us raincoats and a map – so thoughtful! It's also very close to dining options, making everything super convenient and quiet. Highly recommended. If you're heading out early for a hike, you can even store your luggage here.

SShijunzibuqiAs a top-tier domestic hotel brand, Banyan Tree generally excels in every aspect. My family and I stayed there during the May Day holiday, and our experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel's gardens are particularly serene and comfortable, with expansive views, offering a truly relaxing garden atmosphere. There's a pond right outside the room, which adds a lovely touch. Inside the room, the window view is superb, and the bathtub is perfectly situated, with excellent hot water. I was particularly impressed by the intricate carvings on the internal doors. For breakfast, the freshly squeezed juices were fantastic, and there was a great variety; on the day we stayed, they even had delicious lamb chops. Finally, regarding the service, the staff were all very professional, clearly well-trained, yet also very friendly and approachable. Although the hotel was quite pricey during May Day, it largely justified its value. Especially breathtaking are the wild clouds and mist right outside the hotel, and it's also very close to Hongcun Village. Absolutely stunning.

My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing.
- Dining 🍽️
The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

ʚʚyangxiaoyangɞService: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave.
The hotel food was also delicious.
The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.
