We had a very bad experience staying with these thieves, we booked this hotel via *********** (month 5/2022), at this stage we asked to debit our card but the hotel confirmed that we could pay at our arrival, The day of our arrival, they tried to charge our card, so we asked via message that we will pay by cash once at the hotel since we were already at Bodrum airport. As planned we checked in by paying by cash, and we settled in the room was very poor nothing comparing with the photos posted on booking, but we decided to stay there given the good location (Bodrum center ) everything was fine we spend a very nice evening at the bodrum center, and we was very happy. The next morning we were surprised by the cancellation of our reservation by the host on ***********, because of the credit card when we had paid the entire stay on our arrival, this will mean that we are no more protected by the platform, since we have already gone to the beach, we sent a message to find out the reasons for this cancellation, but we did not receive any answer, after our return to the hotel after a day in the beach, we asked for explanations, the manager told us what was the point of keeping the reservation on *********** when you were already accommodated? We were really worried and frustrated because of this behavior unworthy of the host, so we went back to the room and we directly checked our belongings and the big surprise, they stole 400 euros of the amount of money we had, and actually our stay in this hostel became very dangerous, we went down to see the manager directly, who ignored us telling us that the hotel is running by the whole family (hotel staff) and if you want to go to the police you can do it , We contacted the police directly who came after about fifteen minutes. At first we encountered communication difficulties since he spoke only one language, Turkish, but the police were very kind and they tried to help us by communicating via google translate, the manager of the hotel was very furious and wanted to kick us out at 11 p.m. in a city full of people and where the availability of hotels was really rare, without reimbursing us for the two remaining nights, but thanks to the police we were able to be reimbursed and they found us a hotel not far away, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, The police explained to us that they could not do anything as there was no violation. We complained to *********** about this incident and our surprise was that the manager confirmed to *********** that we never came to the hotel, but thank god we had messages exchanged as well as the photos taken in the establishment we had our evidence. We are writing this review today for you tourists or travelers who want to stay at this hotel to tell you that this hotel is not secure at all, they are thieves, scammers, me and my wife we have experienced a very very bad experience, Angora Hotel ruined our stay that we had planned for 4 months with care a

We spent a week at the Manzara Hotel , and loved every minute of it.The setting of the rooms in little houses,the luxuriant gardens and trees,the rooms are very well designed,the bed very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and well stocked. We liked the restaurant overlooking one of the pools and the bay ,a lovely spot for a romantic dinner. There is a taxi station right outside the hotel which is very convenient for a quick trip 'downtown' or to the beaches. But what makes the hotel so special, are the people who work there:Zeynep & Yacup at reception, Deniz the head waiter, his team, and Enis the bartender are just delightful individuals who made our stay very pleasant and remarkable. The inclusive breakfast was a feast every morning and the food at the restaurant delicious. i cannot recommend the Manzara enough, for those who want a peaceful,elegant,affordable and unforgettable stay in Bodrum ! WE shall return.

Öncelikle konumu çok güzel, merkeze 10 dakikada yürüyebiliyorsunuz ve yürüme yolu çok güzel, hep deniz kenarı. İnanılmaz bir manzarası var, geniş balkonlar çok keyifli. Gördüğüm en temiz yer olabilir. Mutfakta ve banyoda ihtiyacınız olan her şey düşünülmüş. çalışanlar çok titiz ve her an bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye soruyorlar. Vesile, Cansu ve Doğan'a ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Herkese mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Çok teşekkürler.

Bence bulunduğu mevki çok iyi ve uygun fiyata kaldığımızı düşünüyorum. Temiz bi otel ancak bi hayli eski. Ona yapacak birşey yok. İşletme yetkilileri çok güler yüzlü samimi sempatik. Yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar her konuda. Otele ait plajda yiyecek içecek yasağı çok itici, yanda market varken insan 3 katı ödemek istemiyor haliyle. Oteli genel anlamda beğendim huzurluydu ve sanıyorum birdaha gideceğim ☺️

Arrival - Receptionist was not very pleasant and in fact rude, she started to engage in conversation with Turkish clients mid way through us checking in and ignored us! She also made a point (three times) of letting us know that we were only on a B&B rate (which of course we knew). Room was not available/ready on checkin and we had to wait until post the standard checkin time (2pm) to access the room. Hotel porter carried one suitcase for us and I carried the other, he then stood waiting for his tip! Room was a Sea View with Pool room, there are about 8 of these on the infinity pool level. Be aware that only half have the view directly to the sea and infinity pool. Ours was right at the end of the block and had a sea view only, which was spoiled due to equipment and materials left (daily) outside our room by the builders. Grass area in front of these rooms was unkept and overgrown and only on our day of departure were theses areas given some attention. Rooms had insufficient lighting and no seating to sit at the dressing table. No full length mirror in the room, although bathroom has a large mirror waist height and above. Building works are still ongoing following a change of Hotel ownership and closure earlier this year for refurbishments. Sea view rooms with Pool were being painted and having fixtures and fittings amended. Other building works were happening at the poolside, an outdoor kitchen area was being installed during the daytime and whilst we tried to relax by the pool. Masonry drills, workman etc - and the bar staff turned the music up even louder to block out the workman noise (ridiculous). A-la-carte evening dining was unavailable throughout our stay, it seems the restaurant was closed or not fully refurbished to allow guests! Main pool area: Lack of towels by the poolside caused a lot of frustration to many guests and there was no urgency to provide towels when staff were asked. Pools do not seem to be cleaned daily and you can see lots of grime and dirt in both pools when you look closely. Staff at pool area played royalty free music too loud and on repeated loop, it was driving all guests mad! Breakfast - despite images on website and instagram, the breakfast is a good selection of Turkish/Central European cuisine - it doesn't cater for international travellers, no croissant, jam, pain-au-chocolate, no freshly prepared eggs or omelettes. And you have to pay £2 per orange juice daily extra! Tea and coffee is Turkish options only. Supervisor regularly skipped outside of the restaurant at service and would stand having a cigarette before returning to the service. Also breakfast room has loud music playing. WiFi signal is terrible and we didn't connect in our room for our entire stay. Satellite TV in our room also didn't work! And the final straw - we were asked to move rooms mid way through our stay so the builders could decorate and fit out the room we were in!!!! We declined and said they would have to wait un

This hotel is quite literally on the sea shore! It has beautiful and incredible views of the sea, filled with fishing, motor cruisers, gulets, yachts and pleasure boats, so much to watch as the busy life goes on outside this busy little area. The room was however nice and quiet. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed a stunning sea and castle view from our lovely little balcony! Such a wonderful place to sit and watch the sun go down behind Bodrum castle! and then watch the lights twinkle around the harbour. The bathrooms are large, with fantastic showers and nice toiletries. The towels are so soft and just like new! Breakfast is a lovely Turkish buffet with the possibility of wonderful tasty omlette's at a small additional cost. It would be wrong to suggest that this is a gourmet meal but it's delicious and very Turkish! This is served in a delightful large and sunny balcony restaurant overlooking the bay and castle. The staff are very accommodating and extremely happy to help, offering expert service and guidance about this lovely bustling area of Bodrum. They are happy to organise restaurants, taxi's etc. and are happy and kind There is a host of restaurants, bars, shops, and other facilities on the door step of this hotel. A really good hotel which is highly recommended for service, location and comfort!
