Ulasan Hotel Casa Huesped Kiwi

Nice place run by 3 lovely ladies. Clean, quiet and secure. A little too secure. Getting in and out of the front door requires the unlocking of the door by one of the ladies, which is a little inconvenient. It must be said that they always responded within a couple of minutes. My room had no windows, and no extraction fan, which made it quite claustrophobic, but most rooms do have windows.

The reception is nice. The place is close to airport but a bit far from the central. It worth the price. The room is clean and bright.

Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans cet hôtel Car j'en ai demandé l'annulation qui m'a été refusé. Je comprends que cela n'était pas dans le prix mais notre vol a eu 6h de retard. Nous n'étions même pas dans le pays le soir. Je pense que cela est une vraie raison.

這家酒店服務真的是差到了極點。我定了有窗間，前台直接給的是無窗間，提醒後才換。酒店的WiFi名分樓層，我住在二層，但房間裏張貼的密碼和前台貼的都是錯的，換成三樓的WiFi後連上了，一個小時裏有四十分鐘沒外網連接。各個房間之間挨的很擠，旁邊兩個房間內的客人大吵大鬧，提醒了酒店服務員完全不在乎。最神奇的是我決定換一家酒店住，衹回來吃早餐。然後第二天早上七點回來時，發現服務員竟然前晚把房收了還賣了！留在房間的充電器直接被她們拿到前台。被比民宿還不如的酒店質量管理震驚了。當時這個酒店是因為它攜程評分四分以上，現在看來都是水軍寫的評論。大家謹慎！

Bien Desayuno bien

I was a guess in this hotel, they ofered services that they didn't comply. The room got a wet towel and I didn't get transportation nor breakfast nor morning call. They took long time asking for the services they didn't fulfill. This is not a calm place to rest and the personal is rude when you compain about the services.

Horrible customer service from the moment I got to the hotel the cleaning lady told me I wasn’t really welcome with my dog even though I spoke with the admin over the phone before making the reservation…. The admin offered me an early check in since I got to Bogota early however when I got there the room wasn’t ready either. Then they tried to charge me $90 for my pet for which at that point I decided to cancel. The app wouldn’t let me so when I spoke to the admin he said he will do it on his end and mark it as a now show. Next day he didn’t so I contact him again for which his response was: this is not my responsibility it’s yours and I’m not going to do this for you! A man of no integrity ofcourse and the owner over the phone was also very rude By the way but that’s another story. I think this hotel used to have good reviews but by all means avoid it!
