とても新しくて清潔でした。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ドライヤーあります。フロントの方も朝食のスタッフの方もとても親切で良かったです。立地は、駅からほぼまっすぐ歩くだけなのでアクセスしやすいですが、入り口が少し見づらいかもしれません。私は恥ずかしながら向かいのホテルローマに入ってしまいました。Googleマップだと違った名前で表示されましたが、入り口にφ PHIと書いてあります。

Ottima posizione, colazione e servizio soddisfacenti. Unica pecca la pulizia dell’appartamento, troppe ragnatele al soffitto e armadio molto impolverato.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel a due passi da Piazza Maggiore e a via dell'Indipendenza (via dello shopping). Camere pulite e curate con arredamento moderno ed ottimi servizi in camera (colazione e pillow menu) Colazione curata e molto buona (sia il salato che il dolce) con i classici della cucina tradizionale emiliana

특색있는 디자인의 방에 묶는 것도 너무 좋았고, 위치며 서비스 모두 좋아서 강추합니다. 아침식사도 좋았어요.

The stay was very good. Hotel staff very nice. The rooms are unique, large, and super clean. Convenient location to walk everywhere.

During our stay in Bologna, we stayed in an apartment through the PHI Hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that it was in fact, an apartment. It was super spacious with a full living room and kitchen. It was very clean, and the location cannot be beaten. We were right in the heart of the city and could walk to everything. They had a fantastic breakfast buffet with a huge selection of food and drinks. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights in November 2023. The property is steps away from Piazza Maggiore, and dining establishments. It is tucked in a quiet corner, which is good as it is near the hustle bustle, but away from it at the same time. My double room was spacious, clean, had an extensive pillow menu (extra pillows in the wardrobe) and comfortable bed. The bedding is hypoallergenic, which is good for somebody like me who has an extra sensitive skin. The bathroom was clean, with bathrobes (slippers in the wardrobe) and a weighing scale under the sink to weigh your suitcase (and/or yourself). Breakfast contain a variety of choices for the guests and there is an option to make breakfast requests The staff is wonderful, courteous, and friendly. A good hotel that is within walking distance to major landmarks.

Comfortable, clean hotel ideally situated in central Bologna. Reception very helpful with printing tickets, boarding passes, etc. Great breakfast, and friendly breakfast staff. The let-down for us was the surly attitude of the evening restaurant staff. As residents, one evening we wanted to have a drink in the restaurant for 10-15 mins whilst we used the wi-fi to make some gym bookings. They would not let us sit in the restaurant, citing 'fully booked' , even though there were no other people in the room. Despite this, we booked dinner for the following evening, wanting a quick meal before we went to a concert up the road. On arrival, we were asked to sit in the breakfast room (fine for breakfast, but no atmosphere for evening) even though the restaurant was again empty, and we only wanted 1 course and a bottle of wine. The restaurant staff would not let us sit in the restaurant, and were downright rude, so we left and went elewhere. A shame, as the food we had on our first evening was very good. A nice hotel let down by one or two evening staff.

Very helpful staff; great boutique style hotel in a great location.
