Higiene dos quartos impecável, estrutura segura e acolhedora, com atenção 24h por dia por parte dos funcionarios. Para quem gosta de tranquilidade e se integrar com a natureza, possui um lago e um gramado lindo, área com piscina, quadra de areia e estacionamento proximo a entrada dos quartos,boa iluminação. Local seguro e muito proximo do centro com acesso facil a todas as atrações, que podem ser contratadas pela propria pousada pois possui agência no local. Minha família e eu elegemos como nossa casa em Bonito.

Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

A pousada fica num morro, longe do centrinho, por isso é bom estar de carro. O local é um primor, suuuper bem cuidado, lindo, gostoso e que traz paz a quem lá se hospeda. O atendimento é algo fora do comum. A Carol e sua família são excepcionai, gentis, solícitos, fazem o melhor por cada hóspede ! Foi uma experiência incrível conhece-los e usufruir de um atendimento tão especial. Eles tem todo um padrão no café da manhã, em razão da pandemia, utilizando bandejas individuais com os itens do café da manhã que escolhemos no dia anterior. Tudo muito bem cuidado e preparado. Cada chalé tem sua varanda particular, o que torna extremamente agradável estar lá.... vendo e ouvindo os sons da natureza. A piscina é outra atração a parte, você se sente bem somente por estar lá! O visual é lindo com árvores ao redor e muitos pássaros. Uma delicia para relaxar no final do dia e para ver as estrelas antes de dormir. O ar condicionado é dos antigos (barulhento)... quase não usamos. O espaço do quarto é bom e tem um varal na sacada para colocar as roupas molhadas. Ajuda muito, já que a maioria dos passeios envolve banho. Amamos cada momento em que estivemos lá, com chuva e com sol! :)

Um bom hotel, com um bom espaço. Pontos positivos: Quarto amplo, piscina bacana, bar molhado, muitas espreguiçadeiras e cadeiras ao redor da piscina, diversas áreas de descanso, cozinha compartilhada, estacionamento amplo e boa localização (Próximo ao centro). Pontos de melhoria: •Limpeza do quarto (Quando chegamos o quarto estava sem toalhas de banho e com o piso sujo e na segunda diária o piso novamente não foi limpo e nenhuma toalha ou tapete do banheiro foi trocado). •Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e bolos ruins. •Atendimento da recepção no momento do Check-in foi ruim. Atendentes perdidos, não encontravam a reserva e conversando uns com os outros a com outros clientes, sem dar a devida atenção ao processo. •Quarto não possui TV nem frigobar.

Pontos Positivos: 1) perto do centro da cidade (comércio, restaurantes, bares, etc). 2) Ar condicionado e frigobar funcionam bem (quarto 29) 3) Funcionários prestativos Pontos negativos: 1) Vendido como um hotel 3 estrelas (pela Viajar Barato), não passa de 1 estrela 2) Limpeza no quarto e banheiro ruim 3) toalhas e lençóis velhos, amarelados e com manchas (péssimo aspecto) 4) Piscina com água turva (não tivemos coragem de entrar) 5) O Hotel é pequeno: no sábado (22/1/22) foi autorizado uma confraternização entre um grupo de paraguaios hóspedes. Resultado: tivemos que ouvir falatório, brincadeiras e guaranias até as 24hs. (eu até gosto da música, mas até as 24hs. é demais), portanto atrapalhou o descanso dos demais hóspedes 6) Não foi o nosso caso, porém o hotel não oferece nem almoço nem janta (só café da manhã incluso na diária) 7) TV do quarto com tela minúscula, som horrível, apenas canais abertos 8) Mesa no Café da manhã farta: um dia ”farta” suco, noutro dia ”farta” iogurte (risos) Resumindo: não vale o custo-benefício
