The place is falling apart. Facilities are old. Lamp shade you have to unplug from the power point as the on/off button is gone. Toilets look like a public toilets. Toiletries and hair dryer you got to ask. Beddings/Linen should be thrown away as it was so thin it's see through is that old! Colours of beddings are grey instead of white - they have no idea how to laundry hotel linens. No confidence it was clean eg linen has stain and quilt covers falling apart. The beach front restaurant is good but that's what deceive you in thinking it's a nice hotel, IT'S NOT! Staff tries hard but obviously the management and owner don't care about the state of their hotel - looks so derelict not funny. Rust everywhere.

The pool is far too small than in picture. Nice location though, front beach view is amazing.

Nice room and great location. Perfect for those who doesnt like walking. Beach front. There’s restaurant nearby and near to Dmall!

Had a great stay at Boracay Uptown, the staff are nice, and the hotel is just in front on white beach. ill be back next year.

old dirty hotel with inconsiderate hotel management. breakfast was not good and limited. other than the location its best not to stay im this hotel.

Staff is nice and helpful. Room is ok. We found cockroaches on the corridor at night. Old hotel not well maintained. Breakfast with few options and not tasty. Although I booked a room with 2 breakfasts included, we've decided to have it outside instead. Christmas dinner also low quality. Not planning to go there again.

This is my 2nd time here in uptown i like here so much Very nice and kind staffs, Good service breakfast is good and accessible for everything.. i will rate Uptown Hotel 100% Excellent Hotel for travelers

Great experience. Great hotel. Beachfront so near the beach and able to walk around shops and restaurants nearby. I see a lot of negative and entitled reviews but Boracay Uptown has a great staff that was very welcoming. My mother cannot walk far and they provided a wheelchair. Clean and spacious room. They offered massage in the hotel, a bar, and restaurant. There is also a convenience store in the front. This is your one stop shop hotel. Lastly the breakfast was from 0600-1000. Made to order eggs and pancakes is on the menu. Fried rice and other ulam such as sausage, fish, to name a few. Coffee with toast, and pan de sal. Great hotel. Salamat to the staff for their hospitality.
