Staffs are friendly and always with smiley face. Room was upgraded to suite room at no additinal charge. High floor with beautiful view.

Lovely hotel in a great location as it’s right next to a mall. The rooftop pool was nice and never too busy with lots of seating areas. There was a large selection at breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. All staff were friendly and helpful and early and late checkout is available if you want it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is close to a shopping mall and close to some bus companies from where you can travel to other cities in Thailand. Breakfast buffet is rich and delicious.

My first choice when come to Rayong. The hotel facilities are good as always and staff are friendly as usual. Breakfast is wonderful and plenty of choice for lunch and dinner at nearby restaurant

People are kind but club lounge food is getting worse. Also room was not that clean.
