Ulasan Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay

The staff was nice And accommodated. They allowed me to check in even if it only 2pm. They should not allow smoking area on the building as the smell was not nice at all.

I like the location of this hotel because i intentionally want to be away from station 2 since its alreasy crowded there. This hotel is in station 3 but not that far to station 2. And the good points of this hotel is that ot has beach front. Although i would suggest to provide 2 keys since if you are in a group then its very hassle to open the door for someone.

A decent Chinese hotel right on the beach. For me, this area of the beach was a bit too crowded (there are places with much less people). Too many annoying locals selling excursions and they keep pestering you with this all the time, you don't feel relaxed because of this. The rooms are okay, but a bit dirty in some places. Airconditioner is noisy (especially when you are trying to sleep). Breakfast is not good (no European food choices and the fact that they serve a lot of oily good for breakfast as well as pork and oversalted noodles)

A great hotel in a great location with a great helping and respectful staff. I recommend it

Totally disappointing. This is the 2nd time im booking for this hotel because of the access to the beach. But at the middle of the hotel where its okay to smoke, there were rats running around. I cannot imagine how dirty it is now. Totally disgusting.

Everything went well. With an average buffet breakfast and I really love the pancake. Beach front. Only issue was the leaking aircon and suddenly makes a aound as if someone is drilling.

Nice hotel very near from the beach just front..my rooms is located only infront of the room so very nice.cheapest room.

This is right in front of the beach although far from D’mall. Basic accommodation for a family. Not much choices for breakfast, you may want a fastfood if there are kids.

Entertain urgently our raised issues or queries. Have approachable staff as well. So near to the beach and all necessary stores.

Always a pleasant stay at Golden Phoenix. This is our second stay and the rooms remained the same. Clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly always. Will definitely come back on our future Boracay trip.

We book 3 rooms. Staff are very accommodating & nice… rooms are big and clean. Breakfast are good they always refill

The Hotel has a great location. The breakfast buffet they served was just good enough for what you paid for.
