Budget-friendly hotel with good service from the staff. Fusion food idea is delectable to taste.

Space was small but comfy for a short trip. Good location with many food and supermarkets around

The service is perfect and the location but the cleanliness of the hotel it self need more improvement and specially the toilet doors are squeaky when opening and closing it. But overall it was very nice.

I cannot find anything wrong with this place. The best part of it is the staff...very nice,friendly and welcoming staff.The best I have ever encountered so far.Always greeting you with a nice smile and very helpful too. The breakfast was super nice and freshly cooked for you and the restaurant itself serves really tasty and nice dishes. Housekeeping was really good and the entire place is super clean. I was greeted with a nice drink upon check in and was given 2 vouchers for 2 free drinks too to redeem at the hotel bar. Very good wi-fi Just a 2 mins walk to the beach. Just a 1 min walk to the main street where you can flag down one of the so many trikes. Just a 10 mins walk to the D*MALL Really super location and quiet too As I was checking out a 6:00 am they even offered to prepare me some breakfast to take with me If back in Boracay again in the future,I will definitely book here again.No doubts. Best recommended

Good location in a not so crowded area. Breakfast set meals from Salsa Fusion Restaurant tastes good and satisfying. 1 or 2 min walk to beachfront. Pool is not useable.

There are lots of ants living on the bed. I got bitten on my back a lot. But the staffs are really nice. And the location is great.

Very nice place, clean and friendly and accommodating staff. Very near to the beach and the main road. The staff from the reception were very helpful like Jolly and the staff at the breakfast bar like Giselle and Patrick. We will definitely come back and book here again in the future. Thank you.

From the time that we arrived at the hotel, we're greeting with their friendly staff. We're allowed to checkin 2hrs ahead of their scheduled checkin time. Welcome drinks where provided and they also offer free beach mat and beach towel. Room was exceptionally clean, bathroom is big and clean as well and all my request where granted since we celebrated our 1st year anniversary. Their great customer service is really a plus for us. Food at the Salsa Fusion Restaurant is superb. Overall, we had a great vacation in Boracay! We will surely, stay at this hotel the next time we visit the island. I would really recommend this hotel to my friends or to anyone who wishes to spend their getaway in Boracay.

The hotel is situated between station 1 and 2 it is also close to the beach and the main road. A perfect spot indeed. The amenities are great but what really amazes me more are the crews. They are so warm and accommodating. It made the entire experience so much better. Shoutout to Jalyn, Cath, Maei, Denny, Jessel, and Ronnie. You guys are amazing! Serene is now my new favourite hotel and will surely recommend it to my friends who are going to visit the island. Will book here again next summer.

Location is great, close to the beach and awesome dining areas as it is between stations 1 and 2. Also close to the main road, so transportation isn’t a problem. Breakfast had sumptuous choices. Room was good enough with a comfy bed. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

Affordable yet a very nice and decent place to stay in Boracay! I also loved the fact that it's just 1-2 minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, and their free cocktails. Their staff is very approachable, courteous. Thumbs up for their customer service and delicious food!
