We are currently staying at the Hotel Yndo. Being in the hotel business for over 30 years, I was eager to try this tucked away intimate version of a Hotel Particulier. My husband and I returned from a day out and noticed that a bag of dirty clothes was missing from our room. I went to the front desk to inquire about our clothes indicating that we did not phone housekeeping to launder our clothing nor did we fill out a form. I was blatantly told that if it is is one of their bags, they take it and launder it. When I politely stated I did not request this, it would have been simple for management to return our items, acknowledge a misunderstanding and move on. Management was extremely rude in their interaction with me, inferred I (the guest) was in the wrong) and was clearly angered by it. They did the right thing and removed it from our bill (even though they were not laundered when they returned our items). The interaction is enough to not want to return..
