This is a very nice hotel. It’s new and clean, the rooms are big and facilities are great. I was able to get the tram to and from downtown with no problem. It is within walking distance of the airport but I can see how that would be difficult in bad weather. The area is new and apparently not in the Uber maps yet, so you can’t really order one to pick up at the hotel, but I was able to walk out to the road (＜5 mins) and get one there. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Overall had a great stay and would recommend.

We spent a night at the end of our holiday and we’re pleasantly surprised from entering the spacious lobby. The decor was pleasant included a water wall and living wall features, and we were surprised to see an outdoor pool and seating area. We were greeted by friendly staff and our room 314 looked recently refurbished with a Japanese theme. The air con was welcome and the bed comfortable and bathroom had a good shower, no bath. Facilities were good, including a kettle and coffee pod machine. Dinner was good although the menu was limited. We were offered an outside table or inside. The table linen was good. Breakfast was good and the wide selection was delicious. The shuttle was efficient and comfortable. All staff were friendly. We recommend this airport hotel highly. Thankyou for a comfortable stay.

Posto abbastanza comodo a 1 km, 15 min a piedi dall'aereoporto, molto pulito. Tutto bene? No! ALLA RECEPTION MI HANNO FATTO (RI)PAGARE L'IMPORTO DELLA NOTTE, DICENDO CHE IL PAGAMENTO FATTO CON TRIP.COM ERA SOLO UNA PRENOTAZIONE E NON ERA STATO RICEVUTO. DOPO AVER(RI) PAGATO, QUANDO HO MOSTRATO CHE IL PAGAMENTO CON TRIP.COM ERA STATO EFFETTUATO, MI HANNO DETTO CHE NON CI POTEVANO FARE NIENTE. From the reviews, it sounded like the best at the airport while still reasonably priced. To my disappointment, the rooms are minuscule. I travel with a carry on and finding a place where to open it was a challenge. It looks like they redid the rooms but they cut a lot of corners and the work was not well finished. There are two floors and there are no elevators. The rooms and the reception are two separate building, so in the winter dress up to go for breakfast. They could improve their breakfast with fresh croissants, some typical French baguette. All in all it is OK. Next time I will try the hotels next door.

De passage dans cet établissement, nous nous sommes présentés sur le parking. Étant handicapé, je me stationne habituellement sur les places dédiées à ce handicap. Or, lors de notre arrivée, nous constatons que toutes les places handicapées sont occupées, ce qui est tout de même un manque de chance étonnant. Donc nous sommes obligés de nous stationner sur une place de valide et galérer à décharger nos affaires. En arrivant à la réception, nous demandons si il y a une réunion d’handicapés dans l’hôtel? La réceptionniste, gênée, nous explique que non et nous indique que les place vont se libérer. Effectivement, nous constatons qu’un employé était stationné sans raison particulière sur un place handicapée. Pour poursuivre dans l’étonnement et la bêtise, nous constatons également que le directeur lui même est stationné sans réelle raison pouvant expliquer ce manque de civisme et d’irrespect !!! Sans aucune excuse et avec un détachement complet, ce dernier et froidement, nous fait part que maintenant la place est libre!! Scandaleux !! Monsieur le directeur, prenez mon handicap et vous comprendrez ce que c’est la pénibilité au quotidien que doivent subir les PMR avec des gens comme vous. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement et je n’y reviendrai pas!!!

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y conexión con el transporte público. Tiene cerca un supermercado y un centro comercial, además de máquinas de vending, en la recepción dispones de agua, fruta o croissant. Los trabajadores muy simpáticos y serviciales, ofrecen un servicio estupendo. Desayuno muy recomendable. La habitación es ajustada, al igual que el baño (al tener la hoja de mampara fija, el hueco para entrar y salir es angosto). No encontramos en la TV nada en español para la gran cantidad de canales que tiene. La cama es bastante firme y tiene para meter debajo las maletas, las almohadas son individuales y para mí gusto era muy blandita y baja.

Supernice and supergood hotel, marvelous room and central downtown location. Normally i book rooms in the 100-150E range. I decided to go a bit more luxurious and i tremendously enjoyed it. Im an easy going traveler, i was i Bordeaux to assess architecture and urbanism projects. I rented a bike to go around the city. The hotel staff is very naturel an friendly, no rush to empty your wallet but rather making sure you have a great time... Best hotel experience i had i a lon time travelling the globe. Wholeheartedly recommended!! Bordeaux is the best French City!

Ibis Styles Meriadeck had a perfect location just in the middle between the airport and the city! We used bus and tram in Bordeaux public transport is great and not expensive either. We arrived late but there was no problem at reception,! The room was ok not luxory but good value for money! Breakfast included in the price good start in the morning, Staff was correct and helpfull, we would love to come ba ck soon!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base to visit Bordeaux. From the outside the hotel does not look like much and google maps took us through a questionable part of town to get here. Less central than the centre would imply this hotel is about 15-minute walk from the main part of Bordeaux however it is very close to the tram and a shopping centre/mall. The room was comfortable and a typical size room for novotel. The hotel internally looks recently renovated and have a reusable water bottle system in place however its only 1 per room and there was 2 of us.

El punto fuerte de este hotel es la ubicación , la atención del personal y lo silencioso que es . El punto débil es el desayuno que incluye, una sugerencia para mejorar es poner microondas para calentar la leche cuando no quieres utilizar las máquinas de café , y quizá algún cacao que no sea el que viene en la máquina . Fruta escasa y zumos no naturales.
