Hotel dengan WiFi di Borobudur

My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay. I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections.

Great location, good size bedroom and very kind staff,highly recomended.Lots of food options nearby and the view of borobudur very good .The transportation is convenient.

酒店外部環境很好，私密性也很好，最贊的當屬於私家泳池，很乾凈。如果不是因為兩件事影響了心情的話，會給一個好的評價：1，入住時出狀況：訂房時明明顯示有兩個床，入住后就衹有一個床了，反覆溝通后，攜程補了酒店加床的差價才住了下來，這時已經是差不多晚上十點了，又累又餓； 2，結賬時出狀況：結賬時不收美元和人民幣，刷卡又出問題，刷了兩次卡，扣了兩次錢，但酒店衹收到一次，溝通許久，酒店答應十五天內退回多扣的錢，但願幾天後不要再為這多扣的錢而跨國溝通。兩千五百多一晚的房費，入住即退房都出現狀況，很不應該。特別提一下，這天剛好是除夕，十分影響心情。

amazing view and service, although far from lobby and parking but the staff were kind and helpful to bring our luggages. the breakfast was served to our rooms and the room was very spacious

衞生不好，蟲子多，朋友衹住兩晚就放棄入住，改住其他酒店。預訂時的圖片與實際環境嚴重不符，最失敗的一次預訂。

Lokasi sangat dekat borobudur tapi bkn di daerah yg ramai, pemandangan indah & privasi cukup terjaga. Sarapan disajikan ala carte cukup ok. Kebersihan secara umum baik,hanya di kamar kurang detail misal washtafel yg mulai hitam & bau lembab di km mandi.

ボロブドゥール遺跡の入り口まではすぐ。周りは自然豊かです。飲食店もたくさんあります。スタッフはみんな親切。冷蔵庫があればベスト！

Location is good as walking around 10 minutes from Burobudur ticketing office. Staff are friendly and water dispenser for cold, warm and hot are available at common area which is good. Downside is room have smell.
