Nearby have many restaurants, pub and convenience stores.
There is also many facilities like gym, swimming pool and sauna. Close at 10pm
I going to use the sauna but I saw a huge cockroach so the cleanliness is a bit…
And sometimes during midnight you will still heard mat rempit sound

TTiya AlfredHad a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good experience. The environment was clean and every staff member was very nice. There were also many breakfast options. Unfortunately, we happened to encounter several tour groups, so we were arranged to have breakfast in another hall. However, cartoons were played throughout, which kept the kids happy. That's a nice little detail… but of course, if I have a chance to go again, I'd like to try the main dining area.

NNaNaNa 709The hotel is new, with great facilities and a convenient location. There is also ample parking space. Our room was very big and spacious, with two king-sized beds that were extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were provided, and we even received a complimentary minibar.
The only downside was that the toilet was quite dirty, and we had to ask the housekeeping staff to clean it.
Aisha, the person in charge at the lobby, was very helpful, lovely, and friendly. She also welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a cold towel.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including Malaysian breakfast dishes, Western options, pastries, and fruits. Loved it!

GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations in the best way possible! Being right on the Malacca River, Malacca quickly became my favorite stop on this Malaysia-Singapore trip, and my stay at The Majestic Malacca definitely played a huge part in that. You can see the hotel's facilities in the pictures, so I'll focus on the experience. As soon as we entered, a staff member took our luggage. While waiting for our room key, we were offered tea and adorable little cookies. The front desk staff even escorted us to the elevator, and our luggage was delivered directly to our room. The hotel breakfast is à la carte, freshly prepared, not a buffet, which made it feel like a five-star dining experience. The service was incredibly attentive; they always thoughtfully asked if we needed anything else and offered suggestions. One young man, in particular, was very sharp; he suggested I try mixing orange juice and guava juice half and half, and it was a truly unique and delicious flavor! It's a shame we didn't bring our phones to breakfast, so we couldn't take any pictures. Next time, I definitely want to try the hotel's dinner; I heard the chef is quite renowned. All in all, I absolutely loved Malacca, and I'll be staying at The Majestic again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and comfortable and the location was quite good . Very convenient to travel around and explore area.
The only one thing disappointed us that experience during check out. We had informed the front desk in person as we needed a late check out till 2pm and then had paid RM50 for it . The front desk took our keycard and room number to update after payment. So Despite this , around 1.15 pm , one of the hotel staff come to our room and rang the bell to tell us that it’s already over the check out time .
We feel that the staff should have checked their system or confirmed with the front desk before coming to our room and inform us we exceed the check-out time.
Anyway, we enjoyed our stay there and liked the spacious room and convenient location.

SselflyZRThe room was excellent, boasting a fantastic view of Malacca city. Being on a high floor, humidity wasn't an issue at all. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The service was outstanding! Absolutely superb!

KK.B.MHad a nice stay at Hatten Hotel overall. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had quite a good selection, so there were plenty of choices.
When I first arrived, the TV remote wasn’t working, but I called the staff and they came over to fix it quite quickly, so that was appreciated.
The only downside was the check-in process. It was really slow and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes before getting my room. Other than that, everything was good and I enjoyed my stay.

MMeha BahnanVery comfortable hotel with a pool, suitable for kids. Great location near the River Cruise jetty, and walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan along the riverside path. Beautiful views... worth it. Shops, especially Speedmart99 and Mamak Sri Sahabat, have really delicious and affordable food. The staff, from top to bottom, are all kind, friendly, and welcoming. You should definitely stay at this hotel... it's worth it. I stayed 1 night, then extended to 3 nights! 😆😆
