離TD Garden很近，附近有wholefoods 和 cvs，都比較方便。房間設施比較舊，隔音還行

離港口和麻省總醫院很近，商務短住可以。

性價比一般

The entire staff was always so nice and helpful. Being across the street from the hospital was very convenient for visiting my mother.

They had to give me another room because the first one the bed wasn’t made, the valet guys took forever to get my car. I do not recommend this hotel.

Not that great. Bed was not comfortable. Vending machines didn’t work. Room was not in great condition

Great location If you want to go see the Bruins at TD Garden. (12 minutes walk) The Whole Food Store and CVS pharmacy are at 3 minutes walk. Comfortable bed to sleep, nice bathroom, safe to put your passport, money and wallet. It was my second stay. This time I didn't have access to a mini fridge. since I like to eat an healthy breakfast, I usually go buy healthy food at the WFS nearby. Also, very noisy, since they are building a new wing of the Massachussets hospital across the street. (It won't be a problem If you're an early bird, but It was for me since I usually wake up around 10am. About the rest nothing bad to say. staff was friendly and helpful.

I stay with you while I have appointments at Mass General. It’s very convenient and no stress being so close. It’s always clean and staff are friendly. This past stay, everything was great until we got in the bed. One side was completely sunken in! And in general not comfortable anymore. The beds are old…and I hope next time we stay we get a newer bed…esp traveling for medical to stay with you, a comfortable bed would have been great. Also, no bathroom ventilation at all! There is a vent in the bathroom but it doesn’t work. The front desk was understanding about it and gave breakfast to us on them. Just wanted to review to say thank you for being so hospitable during some tough times being the hotel for patients.

We really appreciate the valet parking service. They were professional and helpful. Also housekeeping were very helpful, kind and professional.

Great location, easy check in. Good rooms. One thing that wasn’t mentioned when we checked in was that we needed to request cleaning if we wanted it, it is on the info sheet in the room but we didn’t read it in time for the first day.

My ID had expired and they wouldn't accept it to check in, even though they accepted the same ID, which was already expired, 2 years ago. The staffer checking us in said she'd have to rebook, which, when pressed, she clarified make a new reservation unrelated to the existing one, and I said there was no way I was doing that unless my other one was canceled and refunded, which she promised. Guess who's still stuck with a charge and trying to get it off? She then nearly put us in the wrong type of room; fortunately I noticed the new charge was cheaper when I asked for the total.
