Overall, this hotel offered the best value for money. This time, I stayed in Villa 1 at the Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. It's definitely a high-value hidden gem on the island! The room's location is incredible, right next to the famous cliffside restaurant. You can walk straight down to the restaurant area, and opening the window reveals an expansive, endless sea view – clear and calming. It's perfect for capturing atmospheric, cinematic sea views with ease. The hotel's most delightful surprise was the private balcony breakfast service, offering both privacy and a touch of ceremony. Staff would promptly collect the menu at 4 PM the day before, and the exquisite and hearty breakfast would be delivered to the balcony at the agreed time the next morning. The food quality is outstanding, ingredients are fresh, and enjoying breakfast with the sea breeze truly immerses you in a relaxed island holiday mode. The hotel also has its own secluded private beach. The sand is fine and soft, and there are very few tourists, making it incredibly peaceful – you get to enjoy the quiet seaside scenery all to yourself. The overall design is a pristine, ecological mountain garden, with lush greenery and a tranquil environment. Strolling through the grounds in the morning feels like being in a natural coastal park – uncrowded, quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. It's especially great for flying drones. The room facilities are generally of high quality. Being adjacent to the Ten Moons Lipe Resort, the living experience is excellent. The only minor flaw was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, the water temperature was slightly cool, and due to the island's water treatment, the shower water was a little salty. However, with the hot island climate, slightly cooler water wasn't an issue at all and didn't affect the stay. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high.

A beautiful hotel! Waking up to sea views every day was amazing. The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff who were very welcoming. They also provided free snorkeling gear and kayaks. I'd definitely stay here again next time!

The scenery is absolutely stunning, probably one of the best on the island. I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time; Ananya doesn't even come close. The staff speak Chinese, and the sarong skirts sold at the hotel are also very pretty – I bought one myself.

Absolutely amazing! I didn't expect much, but I was genuinely surprised. From the front desk staff who spoke Chinese to every single enthusiastic team member, the service was so good you'd want to tip them! Breakfast was also excellent, all self-selected and delivered right to your room (even though climbing the stairs was a workout, the view was totally worth it). And by the way, the restaurant was fantastic – we had the two best meals on the island there! We even ate there three times in a row.

The Lipe Island Hotel is top-notch! I highly recommend booking a pool villa; the private beach and unbeatable views are just incredible. You definitely won't regret staying here! Breakfast is fantastic and delivered right to your room. The snorkeling just off the hotel beach is already amazing!

First, let's talk about the facilities. The room size was perfect for two people, and the big bed was very comfortable. Both the floor and bathroom were wooden, which was quite slippery when wearing slippers on rainy days. The biggest drawback was the lack of sufficient hot water for showering. After spending all day in the water, I was really looking forward to a hot shower in the evening, but the water was always cold and the water pressure was very low. I didn't bother complaining to the hotel, though, as fresh water is scarce on Koh Lipe, so I understand. Hygiene: The hygiene was actually quite good. Considering it's on a hillside, and there are bound to be bugs, I was pretty satisfied with how clean it was. Environment: The hotel is made up of individual villas, which offers a good level of independence and privacy. It was incredibly quiet at night. The nights I stayed there, it rained heavily with thunder and lightning every day, but the next morning the air was fresh and the sun was bright, which was truly wonderful. Service: Overall, the service was great, especially the room service and the staff who came to light mosquito coils; they were all very polite. One of the best things was that my pool villa faced an uninhabited island. It was only about a fifteen-minute kayak ride away, and the snorkeling there was absolutely beautiful! There were all sorts of small fish underwater, perfect for a beginner like me. I even learned how to use a snorkeling mask and a snorkel there. The hotel's beach was a bit small, but the sand was very white and fine, better than anywhere else on the island.

After checking in, I had to climb so many stairs, and I was wondering why they put me on the very top floor. But in the end, I forgave them completely; it was a true serendipity moment. I still miss it now! The views are absolutely stunning, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. If you want to snorkel, you can borrow kayaks and snorkeling gear for free and paddle to the island opposite – the water quality is simply amazing. Looking back at the photos, you can truly feel what it means to be 'swimming freely with nothing to cling to.' 'On the Rock' is fantastic; with those views, everything tastes delicious! For breakfast, you choose your options the day before, and they deliver it to your room, and it's all quite good. The only thing to be wary of, I think, are the mosquitoes. Even though the staff light insect repellent incense, in this kind of environment, bugs are inevitable. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but they don't feel run-down. I'll definitely visit Koh Lipe again, and I'll certainly be back to Serendipity! Looking forward to my next visit! 🫶🏻🫰🏻🥰

The hotel's scenery is truly exceptional. The rooms with private pools offer unparalleled views, absolutely stunning. It's unique on Koh Lipe! Breakfast was delicious, and the 'choose your own bread' ritual was a nice touch, adding to the experience. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, and guests get a 15% discount. The food tastes great, and the view is fantastic. The hotel provides convenient kayak and snorkeling gear rentals.

I felt the service at Saren was excellent, the staff were incredibly genuine, so I, who rarely write reviews, couldn't resist writing one this time. The room view was absolutely stunning! The water pressure in the bathroom was fine for me. Finally, I have to mention that the hotel's private beach truly has crystal clear water and fine, white sand – so fine you'll want to just walk barefoot on it like a massage. We also ate at the hotel restaurant; two of us ate until we were stuffed, including drinks, and with the room discount, it came to 1600 baht. Combined with the ambiance and views, it was really great. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The staff are so attentive and friendly. They constantly check on our needs/likings. The food especially the breakfast is so delicious and has wide variety. The best part of the hotel is the view from the room and location of it. Even though the hotel is old, I’d still give 10/10 for my stay.

Facilities: The Serene is nestled on a hillside overlooking Sunrise Beach on Koh Lipe, offering what is arguably the most breathtaking blue ocean view on the island. The luxurious pool villas are exquisitely designed and impeccable. Our room, number 16, seemed to have the best location among its room type! The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the prices weren't much higher than 7-Eleven, so it was convenient to just consume from the room if we didn't feel like going down the hill. Cleanliness: Although the cabins are situated in a forest on the hill, the staff did an excellent job keeping them clean. Environment: Occasional fallen leaves and insects are common in all wild luxury hotels, which is understandable. Since we chose this kind of experience, we weren't bothered by those natural environmental factors, as they aren't issues with the room's cleanliness itself. Service: Excellent. We had noted it was for a birthday celebration, and they assigned us a room with the best view and provided a birthday welcome gift. All services were prompt and responsive; a quick call resolved any issues in minutes! Breakfast was pre-selected and delivered directly to the room!

The staff were wonderful. The food was great- especially the breakfast supply. The location was perfect and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone going to the island
