I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yotel and overall, I was highly impressed by the level of service and the prime location of the hotel. Service: The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

Great location in Seaport, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. Rooms are clean and well designed, and the rooftop bar is nice. There’s a decent hotel gym and a Trader Joe’s nearby. Staff are friendly and offer free luggage storage

Would definitely be back. No complaints. Smaller rooms and no fridges but other than that it’s great

Room is clean and the location is great!

The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

First time at this hotel and we had a blast! The bar downstairs was great fun, we had plans to go down and have a couple drinks before venturing out into the city and ended up staying there the whole night!

Located right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.

It was a very convenient location near the station and airport. The front desk staff were also very kind and accommodating to all our requests. It was a great experience.

It's about a ten-minute walk from Boston South Station. The hotel is very clean and the surrounding environment is also very good. There is a big supermarket next to it.

The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were relatively new! The location right in Seaport makes it easy to get around. Trader Joe's is right behind the hotel, making it very convenient for shopping. However, the room was very small and the credit card wasn't very responsive.

It's OK. It's really cheap. The location is good and convenient.

It's in a great location, right next to the Courthouse Station and with a supermarket nearby. However, when you enter the room, you'll be surprised at how small it is. Still, you can stay there without any problems. There is only one drawback. The shower is box-shaped, and water leaks out through the gaps at the feet. When you take a shower, if you don't pay attention to the shower head and the direction of your body, the surroundings will get wet.
