Cottage with tropical charm with a small well-equipped terrace, adjoining our house. The immersion is total in an exuberant tropical nature. The decoration is neat. In a quiet residential area, the estate is located at the end of a dead end, on the edge of the forest, but very close by car (3 minutes) to all amenities! The Côte-sous-le-vent is a mountainous and wild sector with exceptional panoramas of beauty. The proximity of the Cousteau Reserve (malendure) allows snorkeling and diving. Halfway to Basse-terre and close to the route de la Traversée which leads to Grande-terre. Small parking lot in front of the bungalow; the car is essential to go to the beach because, even if La Koumbala is less than 1 km from the Caribbean Sea, the slopes are steep because of the mountainous terrain 3 minutes by car, restaurants, small shops, laundromat, everything for a relaxed vacation! The terrace is well equipped for breakfasts and preparing simple meals (no hob).
