Room was big and spacious. See view from window was very nice. Showers has good water flow and warm. Only down side was room wasn't cleaned properly. Menu and windows was dirty. Needs a deep clean I think!

This is a two star hotel and once you remember that, you know that it is awesome. Clean comfortable and a nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful and really a credit to the hotel. This is my first choice when I stay in Bournemouth again and I will now look for the Travelodge brand more widely. Thanks.

Very basic services. Parking for additional fee, wifi for additional fee, room services contain towels and tea/coffe renewals only (if you lucky - we were completely ignored once, and cups havent been replaced once).
Location is good.

We couldn’t come and I asked them before the book day one month ago and they didn’t allow to refund my money or cancel my book and I never want to book again with you because I have bad experiences from you and I have booked for two days and I stayed for one night and I wanted to move and cancel another day and the manager accepted and said will give me my money but she didn’t send the money back. And the trip app from the bad app I used

My group travelled en mass and the hotel was very accommodating and willing to ensure our needs were met. It was clean and well presented. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offer was good and well stocked. The area is at the top of the beach, with lovely views. Parking as you would expect is limited at the hotel, but there are lots of options a short walk away. I would recommend. We booked through the group function, but would suggest loading directly with hotel re any special requests. The manageress Paula was super helpful

This is a quiet hotel just 50 yards from the seafront, if you want a view from high up or just five minutes walk along the promenade (downhill) to the pier. Town is 15 minutes walk up a steep hill or there is a nearby bus stop. It was clean and well kept but obviously not new décor. Staff were very pleasant. Check-in is always simple with Travelodge. Everything worked in the room except for the TV Guide - a mystery what was on but I don't tend to watch much TV. I stayed for 4 days for less than £160 so for the double room, it was exceptional value. Shame about the weather but it is beautiful coastline.
