Fantastic apartment but we had a couple of problems, communication was extremely poor and we weren’t told about how the entry code would be sent or when it would be sent, after an hour chatting with the agent we booked with, we were put at ease and the code was sent to my phone the day we were due to arrive. It was evening and we wanted to have a shower after driving from Suffolk to the lakes, the shower was not working properly so no shower, the sink was so small the only place to wash was the cloak room which had the biggest sink, to be fair the shower was replaced the following afternoon, again things weren’t checked properly and because the water had been turned off to replace the shower, no one had bled the taps of air, the taps are waterfall style and with a blast of air I got covered in water. It’s a shame, more attention to make sure all the facilities are working properly wasn’t carried out, also better communication and this place would be fantastic.
