We went for a meal at the Weather Vane last night. Going out for dinner with a child with autism can be a very stressful experience. However Caroline was amazing. She found us a quiet, secluded booth, ensured our little boys food was brought out really quickly and checked in on us regularly to make sure he was ok. She was so kind, patient and understanding. I just wish every restaurant had a ‘Caroline’ working for them!

Fantastic service by Jonathan,everything it's clean and breakfast was excellent . Great location. Near to shopping mall and bus,train station. Good to explore London still close to go by train or bus. Overall u should visit and enjoy your stay with great costumer service.

I can’t emphasize this enough. I have had the most splendid meal the flavour the cuisine released into my tastebuds was just exquisite. The customer service was beyond incredible the attention and love I felt from Caroline was absolutely outstanding I could not have asked for a more pleasant and welcoming experience.

Superbly attentive staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. I spend a lot of work time in hotels, particularly Premier Inns. This one stood out. Thank you to the lively bartender/waiter who went out of his way to be friendly and helpful and the hotel receptionist who solved our issue quickly and without issue. (10/1-11/1)

Very comfortable room and bed, and super clean. Excellent value for money. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very enjoyable continental and full English breakfast. Good coffee. Free parking which is a bonus. Easy online booking and conveniently located.
