EN: I am sorry to write an absolutely negative review. This is the first time I have ever done this, but I cannot avoid it because I must report a case of MISLEADING ADVERTISING. The guest house has an excellent location in the beautiful city center of Braga. The standard room is small but well furnished. The guest house would have all the features to be potentially very attractive. Unfortunately, much of the features mentioned both on the hotel website and on Booking are not there. The standard room is presented as an "apartment with a private entrance and a separate leaving room" This is false. It is a single room, also rather cramped. In fact, the description mentions an area of 30sqm, but in reality, I don't think it reaches 20sqm. On the direct website of the hotel, it is stated that the room has a sofa. We couldn't fit a suitcase, let alone if it is ever possible to place a sofa there... The bathroom is tiny. If you use the toilet you must hold the shower glass open. The description states that there is a bidet and that is not true. The list about in-room equipment is also untrue. For example, the description mentions the presence in the room of a washing machine (a detail that had made us lean toward choosing this guest house). The washing machine is present, but it is located in a closet on the ground floor right in front of the guest house's front door, at the mercy of anyone entering the building. And there, right, in front of the main entrance, one should hang out one's laundry.... The guest house does NOT have an elevator. Our room was located on the 3rd floor At the very least they should warn of the absence of an elevator for those who need it for medical reasons, as in our case. We pointed out to the front desk staff the discrepancies between the advertisement on booking and the actual condition of the hotel. The staff, embarrassed, agreed with us about everything and apologized. They told us that they have reported the error to Booking in the past and are waiting for them to make the necessary corrections. In any case, they informed us that they were unable to help us in any way. We then wrote to the owner who never responded to us. Should the owner contact us, reimburse us for all problems caused by the misrepresentations and correct the descriptions on the websites, we will update this review accordingly. Until then, condemning in the strongest terms those who resort to misrepresentation to promote their business in an intentionally deceptive manner, I can only strongly advise against this guest house.

Tutto perfetto. Camere molto grandi. Tutti i confort. Colazione strepitosa servita in un cestino bellissimo da pic-nic dalla Sig.ra Ana Fernandes che è stata gentilissima in tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Il cestino era pieno di eccellenti prodotti dolci e salati. Sicuramente questa struttura è CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!!

Todo fantástico. Estaba muy limpio, muy equipado con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, vajilla, mantas... todo lo necesario para pasar unos días! Y un excelente trato de ANA FERNANDES! Además, súper céntrico y económico. Volveremos, sin duda. Obrigadas!

Me alojé en este establecimiento en el mes de agosto con mi familia. Había reservado un apartamento de un dormitorio por el que pagamos casi 140€ la noche. El establecimiento me asignó un apartamento sin ningún tipo de habitación, estaba todo integrado, el salón (con una especie de sofá cama, bastante duro y embutido por un lado por el que no se podía acceder), la cama de matrimonio, la mini mesa de comedor con dos sillas y la cocina. Todo en uno. Mi sorpresa es que revisando la reserva y los apartamentos que ofrecen, veo que el que me asignaron es el apartamento estándar más sencillo, cuyo precio por noche es mucho más barato que el que pagué. Una vez de vuelta, me puse en contacto con el establecimiento para solicitar información y me dicen que debido al overbooking que tenían me tuvieron que asignar otro apartamento distinto y me dieron uno superior al reservado, lo cual es absolutamente falso puesto que tanto en booking como en su página web las fotos del apartamento que me dieron se corresponden al más sencillo y tanto el de una habitación como el superior tienen una habitación independiente, cosa que en mi caso no fue así. No existe en la web ningún otro apartamento distinto al estándar que no tenga habitación independiente. Total, que se desentienden absolutamente del asunto de muy malas maneras, sin mayores explicaciones Desde luego no lo recomendaría a nadie porque pagas por una cosa (bastante caro, por cierto), y luego te dan lo que les cuadra, aunque sea peor de lo que pagaste y que no se corresponde con la información que tienen publicada. Y en cualquier caso, de ser cierto lo del overbooking, deberían de avisar si cambian el tipo de apartamento con respecto al reservado, para indicar las condiciones del que se van a asignar, ya que de haber sabido que me iban a meter en un estudio sin ningún tipo de habitación, habría buscado otra alternativa.
