Hotel is next to President palace in the city of Bratislava. Hotel is old fashion but big, I got 325 corner room. The TV in room doesnt work also net was extremly slowly. I reported it tu hotel but only I am y sorry its today all hotel problem. In bif hotel chain is not working TV cause for new room or high compensation on level min 25% of hotel room price. Materas are very poor and bed noisy. Breakfad are for my suprise bed, otherwise its training hotel for students for have to tolerant my recomendation is sent teachers tu Dubai to check how to do in serving besuse this is not added value for that students in serving and presentstion of food but old fashion Slovak standards, otherwise food was fresh and tasty.

Very nice three days in Bratislava, I would say, after the great concert of rock legends, the great and mighty AC/DC. Bratislava is a beautiful little city on the banks of the mighty Danube. Hotel Devin is a nice hotel to spend three or more days in Bratislava, and it is also located along the banks of the mighty Danube. A very nice match. Open the curtains and watch various ships and other vessels going up and down the Danube. A very nice view, I would say. At least it was for me and my love. The hotel smells old-fashioned, but not in the way of depreciation, but in the way of beautiful hotels from earlier times. At least it seems so to me. Basically, beautiful and vintage luxury. The service at the hotel was excellent, the staff is professional and pleasant. My love loved it too. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Bar stocked with plenty. Everything was nice and fine, as it should be. Breakfast was fine, a classic buffet. You can choose what you like and eat it. At breakfast, the only thing that was not right for us was the plain water on offer. Water was warm. Otherwise, in Bratislava, it is difficult to get a glass of cold water, you are served warm. I do not know why. The waiters must be reminded to bring you cold water, which should be taken for granted on hot summer days. But that's just one detail. Everything else was fine with the hotel and the hotel's offer. I would add another nice part of hotel and that is spa wellness in the hotel. My love and I really enjoyed it. Basically, Hotel Devin is a nice place to spend a few days in beautiful Bratislava.

The hotel is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and right next to a bus station. The rooms are very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is friendly. I didn't like the small bathtub and low shower. A larger man may experience difficulty. Everything else was wonderful. I recommend it.

Overall a good stay. Reception friendly, hotel is a good location and is about a 5 minute walk into the centre. Room a little dated but nothing awful - it was clean, nice hot shower and bed was comfy and large. Would’ve been nice to have plug sockets either side of bed.

We booked for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary while on a longer trip to Vienna. We were very pleased on check in when we were told that we had been upgraded to a superior room free of charge, with access to the rooftop lounge. The rooftop lounge was fantastic - complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and small snacks, plus a coffee machine. The terrace was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a sunny afternoon with a few drinks, and this was the highlight of our stay. However, the room lacked any kind of AC. We enquired about it at reception after thinking we had programmed it wrong, but we were told by two separate staff that it just doesn’t work in the way AC should, and that they knew it was an issue on the 6th floor. There were no other superior rooms available for the night we were staying, and so if we wanted to change to another room we would have to downgrade (and lose access to the lounge), so we decided to put up with it. (Bear in mind, the daily temperatures during our stay were around 30 Celsius). The night was very uncomfortable as a result - we had to sleep with the terrace door open which was a) a security risk, and b) noisy from the passing traffic. It cooled the room down enough to sleep, but it wasn’t an enjoyable sleep. We made use of the gym in the morning and again - no AC! The door was wide open and this barely made any difference. Breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice of hot and cold buffet food, juices, teas and coffees and even sparkling wine. We throughly enjoyed it and it bookended an otherwise slightly disappointing experience with the room. I would recommend this hotel based on the location, service, the use of the lounge, and breakfast - but I would suggest that the hotel upgrades its AC system, or at least invests in some fans that could be given to guests during hot weather.

The hotel is of a good standard and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms/apartments were a good size and nicely furnished. The only, but, is that we are 3 ladies over 60. Not only was the walk uphill from the old town quite a challenge, but the hotel car park is a cobbled slope and the entrance to the reception is via 2 sets of stairs one without a handrail. Distance to the old town was not a problem, but the slope getting back was a chore especially in the heat. Definitely don't want to take anything away from how good the hotel is, but think older people or people with mobility issues need to know

The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean and has everything I needed. The service is also good. But there were problems with hot water in one room. So I asked an employee named Alicia to help me solve this issue or change the room. But Alicia began to be rude and said that the water was not so cold and I could take a shower. But the water temperature was really cold. I was surprised. As a result, our number was changed, but only after conflict.

This place exceeded expectations in every way. Location (50 metres from the maze of old town cobbled streets), vibe (historic hotel but so comfortable and bathroom for example modern and well fitted out), friendliness of staff, coziness of room, breakfast spread, pillows…zero complaints!! Beautiful lobby to sit and plan the day. When i come back to beautiful Bratislava, there is no question where i’ll stay
