Beautiful rooms, as per the picture. The amenities are quite complete. The washing machine is very convenient for longer stay, and you could hang your clothes at the balcony, plenty of space. For the service and amenities provided, this place is a good bargain. The owner are friendly and helpful. They helped us customised our four days three nights trip to Tashkurgan, ensuring us get the most out of our trip. And they even advised us on the preparation for the trio during our stay in Kashgar. We felt very welcomed staying at this place. The hostel is near to the carpet street, and it is best to call a taxi rather than walking to the old town, but it is pretty convenient and affordable to take taxi in China in general. There is a very nice grilled chicken and duck stall open at night near the hotel, in front of the Zhenyou Convenience Store, do try it if you have the chance!

酒店在百里畫廊孟克特古道附近，本來對進草原的居住環境非常擔憂，結果遠超預期，周圍環境很好，有機會可以多住幾天 設施：房間很大、很寬敞，5月初入住晚上有點冷，酒店管家【小蒲】很貼心的在入住時幫我們開地暖，換房型、推薦唐布拉旅遊攻略 另外健身房絕了，健身房很通透、可以在超大窗户外看草原，健身更帶勁 更驚喜的是早餐，在住宿樓外面，服務態度非常好，但內容比伊寧市區的酒店還要豐盛，飲品暫時沒準備好，説後續會慢慢補齊。 衞生：乾淨整潔清爽 智能馬桶 環境：在路邊加油站後面一點點🤏，離馬路很近 服務：特別好，管家小蒲在入住時仔細對待、貼心問候，讓我們初到唐布拉感覺很温馨，開地暖、升級房型、發旅遊攻略，讓我們一眼搞懂怎麼玩。

La Turpan West impression home stay ressemble à un petit palace. La chambre que j'ai occupée est particulièrement spacieuse,calme,bien éclairée,d'une propreté irréprochable .Je me permets aussi de préciser que la qualité de l'accueil est tout à fait irréprochable. Un bémol toutefois,le ménage est fait un peu tardivement dans la journée alors qu'on est déjà rentré de l'excursion.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no air conditioning or electric blanket, so it felt quite cold. The bathroom was dry and very clean. The host was super friendly and even helped me fix my glasses when they broke. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

選擇這家酒店真的太明智了！作為低海拔過來的遊客，最擔心的高反問題被完美解決——房間裏的製氧機帶霧化功能，隨時能吸氧，半夜不舒服起來吸幾分鐘就緩過來了，安全感拉滿。酒店整體很新，裝修有設計感，房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，大露台更是加分項，吹着高原的風看雪山金草灘，愜意又放鬆。 服務暖心到感動，有專職行李員幫忙搬運行李，不用自己在高原上受累。前台還幫我們協調了行程相關的問題，連叫車都主動幫忙安排，特別靠譜。餐飲超出預期，晚餐單點的小炒氂牛肉分量足、味道正，早餐的氂牛餃子念念不忘，大堂的特產價格比外面實惠，買了些雪菊和乾果帶回去。酒店裡還有多處網紅打卡點，民族風的佈置很出片。在塔縣能住到這麼舒適貼心的酒店，真的讓整個旅程幸福感翻倍！

An amazing stay in a picturesque location. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was both spacious and cosy, and despite the temperature falling to -15°C we never felt cold ever in our tent. The food options were delicious and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was provided with a smile by the diligent staff, whom despite our language barrier did their best to cater to our needs. The view alone is enough to make us want to return to this place. Thank you so much for making our stay so excellent and smooth!

Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

1 . 入住之前因為閨蜜可能要開一個重要的視頻會議，打電話諮詢網速後店長直接説可以單獨給我們拉網線，不用和別人共享Wi-Fi 2. 從門口進來後，這麼大的營地，小哥火速趕來引導我們停車&卸行李（晚上在大堂坐着發現他們給進營地的必經之路裝了攝像頭，有車進來久對講喊小哥去迎接） 3. 辦入住從停車場到前台，前台再到房間，大概兩三百米吧，一直都是兩位小哥拿着我們的行李，不誇張的説，進房間之前我都沒碰過我行李箱，而且細節是全程都是兩位小哥提着的，我們再三説沒關係可以拖行，但小哥們表示他們路不平，老闆不允許拖着，擔心傷害客人行李箱，感動哭 4. 吃飯的時候老闆給我們安利了他們的牛奶，説是每天早上8點在附近牧民家擠的，然後拿回來煮好就是當天早餐的牛奶，也就是説如果速度夠快起得早的話，奶從牛肚子到我肚子衹要40分鐘！我真的太太太好奇了，老闆邀請了我們明早一起去擠牛奶！！！！ 好期待！ 5. 飯後老闆主動介紹了他們非遺的察布查爾縣得錫伯族手工弓箭讓我們體驗，聊天過程中老闆對自己的設施如數家珍，5P可以滿足快熱快冷的空調，定製的床墊等等，看得出來是用心的在開這個酒店 6. 入夜前偶遇了工作人員送天文望遠鏡，我上去問是不是給我們的，他沒有問我哪個房間，但是在滿房的情況下能準確報出我的房號真的很拉好感 7. 晚上佔據着他們的辦公室辦公，結束後管家小杜送我和朋友回的房間，一路上也在給我們介紹大黃，一衹腿短追不上兔子但老闆已經給他安排好“工作”的狗，真的很有意思。而且看到別的住户探頭出來在主動問要不要幫忙調望遠鏡之類的，真的夯爆了 這家酒店的硬件結束不是我最近這幾年住過最好的，但是服務真的沒得説！真正打動人的不是硬件設施，而是服務，真的按頭安利大家來體驗一下，晚上還能肉眼看到銀河！我還看到了流星！！

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton in Urumqi The staff were so friendly and accommodating and attentive to our needs. My wife and I were traveling with our 9 month old son and they took special care of him and our requests. It really took the stress out of traveling. would highly recommend this Hilton to anyone traveling to Urumqi. Specially Miss Jasmine really helped us a lot, 万分感谢赵小姐和希尔顿的工作人员，在乌鲁木齐希尔顿度过了愉快的四天三晚。

I am very satisfied with this hotel, very clean, staff were great and kind, bed was very comfortable and clean, everything was fantastic, I recommend it to all kind of travelers who would stay near the airport.
