a good stay if you are visiting the lake… just an hour drive from BoLe city.. if you dun want to stay at the lake… a day should cover it .. as the lake is just 92km in total km…

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

A very nice 2 day stay! Good location 10 minutes walk from our favourite restaurant. Washing machine and bike wash 🧽👍nice room, good breakfast and coffee shop. Helpful staff dealing with the mistake I made with my booking. The place to stay in town. Highly recommended!

Ini adalah Huiting paling teruk pernah saya tinggali, tiada tempat lain. Penutup tandas rosak. Saya melaporkannya kepada kaunter hadapan sebelum keluar untuk makan malam pada malam itu. Mereka berkata mereka akan segera memanggil jurutera untuk membaikinya. Apabila saya pulang dari makan malam, ia masih rosak. Bilik mandi tidak mempunyai pintu. Saya menelefon meja depan dan mereka berkata mereka mengeluarkannya kerana mereka takut gelas air panas akan pecah... Ini adalah kali pertama saya mendengar alasan yang tidak masuk akal. Kerana saya tahu terlalu lewat, saya tidak mahu bersusah payah untuk menukar bilik. Bilik-bilik disediakan kepada tetamu tanpa diperiksa dengan betul, yang sama sekali tidak layak untuk jenama Hilton.

Amazing hotel with super kind staff who went out of their way to help me, even translating since I don’t speak Chinese. Comfortable room, great breakfast, and such a nice atmosphere, highly recommend!

We stayed at a family room for one night at Urcove Altay (Hyatt). This is a fairly new hotel and the room we had was both clean and smartly set up, with plenty of space and new tech - automatic blinds and self controllable aircon. The major bonus was a window that allowed you to let some fresh air into the room. We tried to procure a guide into Hemu, and The hotel staff helped us with our search - we appreciate the warm service! We liked the breakfast dining room and the kitchen offered some tasty food.

Convenient to High Speed railway which is the main train station for Urumqi . I understand there is no HSR from the airport and only a bus shuttle service . Not much choice of eatery than local and small supermarket . The rooms are basic and clean and like a maze as it caters for the mass market . My air con wasn t fully functioning as it was warm and sultry with no window. You can order delivered food but given anybody seems to be able to come and out without apparent screening, I would not leave valuables in room though China is relatively petty crime free. Yes I would come back for value but if I can afford to splurge I would go down town . The building if it catches fire could be a fire trap (didn't see any overhead springlers) , hopefully it s quite my imagined fears

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

The best hotel i’ve stayed in for my whole trip in Xin Jiang. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed, had an air humidifier too although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good. Most importantly the service here is excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. He guided us around and he also helped us book a ski instructor too as beginners and they provide free rides to the ski resort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to book their next ski trip. Location is great not too far from anywhere, easy to get around, convenience stores are available nearby too. I will book this place again if I ever have the chance to come back.
