hilton group never disappoint me. everything is great , especially front test receptionist and restaurant manager , they are kind, friendly. recommend to others who is visit this city .

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

A very nice 2 day stay! Good location 10 minutes walk from our favourite restaurant. Washing machine and bike wash 🧽👍nice room, good breakfast and coffee shop. Helpful staff dealing with the mistake I made with my booking. The place to stay in town. Highly recommended!

Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust. Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts. Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items. Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap. Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight.

首先，我們是26年春節來的，這個時間點很重要 位置：在八卦城偏中心位置，出門各種方便。 環境：外部環境在馬路邊，但春節期間還算比較安靜。內部環境，應該是比較新的酒店，所有東西都相對比較新，乾乾淨淨的。內部房間比較多，如果不喜歡離電梯太遠，一定要提前説。 設施：整體都還可以。提2點：第一，電視機不能直接投屏，必須要下載樂視TV且付費才能投，很讓人不舒服。第二，健身房的器械比較新，適當的可以上點機油，用起來就會比較順。 服務：整體不錯。保安大哥們辛苦啦！

We stayed at a family room for one night at Urcove Altay (Hyatt). This is a fairly new hotel and the room we had was both clean and smartly set up, with plenty of space and new tech - automatic blinds and self controllable aircon. The major bonus was a window that allowed you to let some fresh air into the room. We tried to procure a guide into Hemu, and The hotel staff helped us with our search - we appreciate the warm service! We liked the breakfast dining room and the kitchen offered some tasty food.

Staff attitude ranges from good to rude and very bad. Hotel is so very eager to get rid of dwellers, even though its more than 1 hour from check out time. Housekeeper kept knocking and asking who’s inside even though I had replied I’m inside. Even tried to open the door. Luckily, I latched it. After, I came out of the toilet to open the door, she asked whether I just checked in.   I told her I had extended another day and showed her my booking. She said she couldn’t read. No apologies. Even the male reception staff, when asking him questions, he didn’t even bother to answer or look at me, as if I am invisible. Was deceived into thinking there’s a glass partition, separating the bowl and shower area. After washing all my-clothes  found out there’s no drier and outdoor space to dry clothes. So I could not cancel my booking. Pro is location near railway station.

Very nice room and hotel in a super convenient location for the train station and airport. Busy food street nearby too. Staff all friendly and attentive. Only downside is the breakfast, which whilst plentiful in terms of options, I would have preferred fewer dishes with a more fresh, tastier offering.

The best hotel i’ve stayed in for my whole trip in Xin Jiang. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed, had an air humidifier too although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good. Most importantly the service here is excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. He guided us around and he also helped us book a ski instructor too as beginners and they provide free rides to the ski resort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to book their next ski trip. Location is great not too far from anywhere, easy to get around, convenience stores are available nearby too. I will book this place again if I ever have the chance to come back.
