MMark J GWe loved our stay. The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, markets and the esplanade. The rooms are spacious with nespresso style coffee machines and various teas complimentary in the room. The TV had lots of free on demand movies too. The breakfast was not included in our stay but we dined once and it was great value for what was on offer. I would recommend it and stay again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in an executive room on the eighth (of nine) floors in mid-July.  The executive lounge was generally poorly stocked and food and drinks often unavailable with no staff around for over a couple of hours at a time. We were here for seven nights, so have a reasonably good time frame to judge.  The swimming pool is surprisingly frigid in July, actually unpleasantly cold when there was any kind of breeze or cloud cover.  The bathroom shower drainage was not ideal: every short shower resulted in puddles on the bathroom floor; long showers meant the whole floor was covered in standing water.  Every time the neighbors used the spa or coffee machine, the noises were very loudly transmitted into our room.  The balcony was very nice and the wicker furniture comfortable.

NNickVery comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

Max at the front desk was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Mila was also wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and brightly lit, with a comfortable layout and a balcony that opened to lovely views. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to major tour departure points, the Esplanade, and many great restaurants. The convenience of a self‑service laundry room was another big plus during our travels. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairns.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. As a lovely surprise, they even gave me a gift for my birthday, which made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, I would come back again!

MMrMrLReasonable price for a wonderful service Highly recommend everyone to stay in Heritage Cairns. The staff was responsive to our night arrival and everything was pretty smooth. The rooms were clean and the WiFi connection is stable too. The staff kindly arranged a suitable room for my mum who was not good at walking. Moreover, the staff let us use the shower room with towel and amenities even we had already checked out that day. Many thanks for their hospitality!

LlaughlinsThe best location in cairns down stairs walk to marina restaurants all around 5 10 mon walk into town for kore restaurants shopping mall 15mins walk away lagoon outside beach pool within min amazing location cant rate enough . Hotel was nice we had club access which i cant rate highly enough breakfast and afternoon canopies beers wine and some spirts all included had an amazing time cairns was awesome overall. First time visiting cairns wont be the last

Ssolo travellerEverything about this hotel is exceptional. The only downside was the room that I was given was on the top floor and the noise from either some sort of pump or the outside unit of the air condition was so overwhelming that I couldn't sleep well all night.
