PPengguna TetamuThe atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and family-friendly, the staff were fast, polite and attentive. The location is very convenient, within a few minutes walk to the pier, night market and supermarket, etc. Restaurants are all around, you can also find some massage shops nearby, easy to get to anywhere we need to, a very satisfying stay during our Christmas break.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is ideal. Near to everything you need to visit in Cairns, Great Barrier Reef wharf, water park, restaurants, museums. When you have to get up early to meet your tour schedule, location is the key. Very friendly staff. Room is clean with amazing water view. Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices. Although in view of the age of the hotel, it has little tears and wears, 4 stars service and comforts are something we are looking for, instead of some fancy golden decoration in the hallway. We definitely will come back when we visit Carins.

NNickVery comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was amazing and perfect for relaxing. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. As a lovely surprise, they even gave me a gift for my birthday, which made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, I would come back again!

EEdward “Ed” YapExcellent value for money, and incredibly close to the Esplanade so the location is perfect. Furnishings are definitely old though, but for the price you pay - you cannot complain. Swimming pool is very small, unheated and a little dirty, but fine if you want to get accustomed to water before doing the reef (which is what you're in Cairns for right?)!

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to the Esplanade, night markets, and fun attractions like the Ferris wheel. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring Cairns so easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Evenings around the area are lively, with great food options nearby street food vibes, and a beautiful atmosphere. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, convenience, and to truly enjoy the Cairns experience. Would definitely stay here again!

LlaughlinsThe best location in cairns down stairs walk to marina restaurants all around 5 10 mon walk into town for kore restaurants shopping mall 15mins walk away lagoon outside beach pool within min amazing location cant rate enough . Hotel was nice we had club access which i cant rate highly enough breakfast and afternoon canopies beers wine and some spirts all included had an amazing time cairns was awesome overall. First time visiting cairns wont be the last

The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery. The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks. A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.
