TTaninaz1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

PPengguna TetamuRoom has everything needed. Clean and tidy. Walking distance to T4. Very reliable shuttle to other terminals. Only that upon arrival at check-in, the only staff at reception seems to prefer us to use the self check-in machine than assisting us directly. A warm smile would have made it more pleasant.

Saya menempah hotel dalam masa yang singkat kerana penerbangan saya dibatalkan Ctrip sangat membantu dalam mengatur komunikasi. Perkhidmatan di hotel sangat baik. Biliknya agak seperti motel, besar dan kemudahannya agak ringkas, tetapi terdapat restoran dan bilik dobi, yang juga sangat bersih. Terdapat perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma 24 jam sehari, yang sangat mudah.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaCheck in and out was a breeze. Every was explained in detail and they accorded late check out for 2 extra hours which we appreciated. One feedback is the beds. Not sure why it moves so much. It disrupts our sleep at night. Other than that, this hotel provided what we needed for our short holiday.

Lokasi memang strategik, betul-betul di depan pintu ada perhentian tram, dan kebanyakan tarikan pelancong boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Semasa cuti Easter, semua kedai dan restoran tempatan tutup, tapi tak apa, kami kan menginap bersebelahan dengan Chinatown! Semua peniaga Cina yang rajin buka seperti biasa, sangat bersyukur, kalau tidak memang kebuluranlah kami! Kemudahan bilik pun sangat bagus, peralatan dapur lengkap, sangat berpuas hati.

PPengguna TetamuVery great location, not too far from Southern Cross. If you're carrying luggage be aware there are stairs leading up to the entrance. Check in was really easy. We were there 30 minutes before our check in time but we were able to get in straight away. All we needed to show was proof of ID. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean however no proper window looking outside which was a shame. There are complementary coffee and tea and milk packets. Stayed for one night only but would visit again.

PPengguna TetamuOn 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

PPengguna TetamuVery easy check in. Instructions by reception were spot on.  The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.  The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.  I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

MMunmunbunHad a great time here and we didn’t want to leave! How i wish i could’ve remembered all the names of the staff from reception, housekeeping and even the restaurant as they’ve all been amazing to us. Though, our request for a higher floor wasn’t accommodated ,they have been very attentive and i really appreciate their little surprise for my daughter’s birthday. We also had an incident and had to evacuate which scared my daughter but i’m glad no one is hurt and it was none of anyone’s control. One of the wheels of the bed frame was also missing and it almost caused an injury, the staff had offered to change rooms which is really nice of her but we’d just rather be willing to wait for the person that can fix it than cause more hassle to everyone if we changed room. Can’t wait to go back! Hopefully the hotel will be maintained well because its gorgeous!
