"Отель очень понравился, нам повезло и номер был на 4 этаже с великолепным видом! В пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей,отличное месторасположение, недалеко есть продуктовый магазин. Не было кондиционера, но был вентилятор и 2 окна, комната хорошо продувалась. Новая мебель, стильный интерьер, идеальная чистота! Мы приехали позже времени заезда, дверь была закрыта, но позвонив в отель , нам сказали код от ячейки с ключом от нашего номера!"

"It was a very pleasant and cozy hotel. The check-in is at the bar around the corner. The shared bathroom is used by 3 rooms on the floor which is not too bad. The location is great as well - close to the train station and about 1 km from the city centre and the area around the hotel is very nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again"

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

If you check in on a Friday, you'll be amazed by the hotel's excellent location; it's right next to the local market, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Girard at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with one of the best views of the canal we could have hoped for!  Location was perfect.  Highly recommended!  Breakfast was very good and worth getting. Hard to find breakfast before 11 anywhere else.

Very good hotel with parking just downstairs. Just around 10 to 15 minutes walk to different parts of Brugge. Convenient but avoided the trouble of driving into the busy city centre. This is also the very rare hotel with water machine on every floor, and the water taste good!

Romantik ve güzel bir konsepti var, konsept bisiklet olarak yapılmış. Otelin ücretsiz otoparkı var. Otel resepsiyonundan bisiklet kiralayabiliyorsunuz. Otele yakın yerden toplu taşıma kullanabilirsiniz. Merkez yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca otele çok yakın konumda ALDI ve LİDL market var. Tavsiye ederim. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Locatie op 10 minuten loopafstand van de stad. Je kunt parkeren in een garage op ongeveer 4 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst lag er een doosje chocoladebonbons en bij vertrek kregen we koekjes. De kamer kon schoner; er lagen nog haren in het bad. Ontbijt prima maar niet bijzonder.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Martin’s Brugge was perfectly located near the center of everything. After town hopping every day prior to arriving in Bruges, we stayed a couple nights here. I probably had some of the best sleep in their beds. Really liked the location and the beds. We really didn’t have any interaction with staff, easy check in and check out, that’s it. Really all that we could as for. No above and beyond services. Seems like the room had water damage due the shower leaking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Location and beds would be enough to want to re-book here.

Hotel is neat the train station. However, the Escalator to the platform of the hotel is not working . We need to find a elevator from the car park to enter the hotel. There's carrefour express and bus station to the city center right next to the train station. Really thankful for the early checkin cuz we arrived a bit earlier. The reception is polite and helpful. The room is clean and neat. Spacious for 3 ppl. However, they charge me extra money €100sth after I check out. Trip.com staff is also helpful for asking the hotel for refund. Otherwise, the experience there was satisfying.

Great location, breakfast is okay but hot food is very limited. Overall is good but need proper laundry of towels, they are musty and stink, the smell sticks with you after drying yourselves with them.
