PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

PPengguna TetamuOverall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

PPengguna TetamuWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

Many convenient shop and best restaurant is just walking distance,  Breakfast is normal don’t expect much. I’ll will definitely stay again if I come to Vancouver again

NNino RabagoI am truly grateful that the staff allowed us to check in early upon arrival. After a long 14-hour flight, that gesture already made our experience wonderful. The room is clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is beautiful. My only small complaints are that there were no bedroom slippers provided, and the coffee machine only makes warm coffee rather than hot. Overall, we had a lovely stay. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciated their hospitality.

There is also a highly rated Mr.Schwarma food truck. 2 blocks from the hotel, on Hasting Street, there is a very good place for pizza called Nightingale. For transit, Burrard Station is right next door. Vancouver City Centre Station is within comfortable distance. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Vancouver next time!

JJEndangWe stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

PPengguna TetamuHotel location is in the heart of shopping area. Famous landmarks are within few minutes - even Canada Place is just 15minutes walk straight. If you will come from Pacific Central Station - this is just less than USD10 taxi to reach the hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Room is perfect for us - i like the wash room very spacious, towels are well arranged in rack, most importantly it has wooden floors where it's not too cold for the feet. Beds are comfortable to sleep on and room is very quiet. I highly recommend this place - eateries are within 5 mins walk (Mcdonalds, Kfc, Jollibee, Thai, Tacos, Pizza, bars, etc. Stay here is you want best shopping stores and can find anything here

It was clean, and provided enough space and privacy for both of us. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for the price and met our needs for a short stay.
