很愉快的住宿經歷，房間整潔周圍安靜，雖然是老房子設施簡約，細節維護到很好，床品非常柔軟舒適，衞生間很乾凈，附近有電車可以直接到老城區景點。 老闆非常熱情，拿着地圖幫我們介紹了最合適的遊覽路線，節省了我們的時間。 早餐傳統的歐式，現烤的牛角麪包酥脆配咖啡很好吃，有很有趣的彩色雞蛋，餐廳的女士也很細心。 建議check in晚的提前聯繫, 歐洲的工作時間不是24小時。 最後一天的早飯記錯時間，去時早餐開始收餐，還是讓我們拿了麪包在路上吃。 答應了給老闆寫評價，希望他看得懂中文。

I truly appreciate the staff at this hotel. • Upon arrival, the male staff welcomed me with a cheerful tone that immediately made me feel friendly and comfortable in Bern. • After check-out, the female staff kindly allowed me to store my baggage so I could enjoy a full day exploring the city. She also let me rest in the lobby while waiting for my train, without any hesitation. • Later, the same male staff noticed I had been waiting for a long time and thoughtfully suggested I visit a nearby shopping center. His advice was very helpful—it gave me a relaxing place to wait close to the train station, without the stress of rushing or walking too far to the platform.

I had a wonderful stay at Youth Hostel Bern. Everything about this place was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the main railway station, and buses and trams are easily available, which made traveling around the city super convenient. The hostel itself is very nice, neat, and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, tidy, and well arranged. Bathrooms and toilets were extremely clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The environment of the hostel is pleasant and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was superb with great options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Youth Hostel Bern to anyone visiting the city.

Great hotel and customer service.

在攜程預留的民宿電話是錯的，在我們抵達時一直聯繫不上，到處找電話耽誤了很久！民宿也沒有發密碼，而是發郵件讓登記證件…攜程也沒有提醒讓登記，導致一直兜兜轉轉不知道怎麼聯繫上民宿進去，體驗感很差！！搞了快兩小時才進去！！！

大城市的三星級酒店。標準房不大，中規中矩，裝修審美……不過還算舒適，房間裏沒有異味。早餐尚可，比山裡的三星酒店要好，不過在瑞士，嗯，對中國人來説，就湊合吧。搭公共交通2站路可以過橋到市中心的鐘樓，還算方便。提前跟酒店確認郵件可以預訂付費停車位，大概16瑞郎一天。（記不清了） 服務態度很好。

This hotel has the same charm as the old town - truly part of it. The room is not so big but it's fine, the style of the deco is lovely. Friendly staff and heart warming with handwritten greeting when you enter the room, fruit, and espresso machine in the room.

アメニティはハンドソープのみ(ボディソープ、シャンプーとしても使えるとは書いてあり)ので、自分で持ち込む必要があります。 トラム3Aのほうが駅からホテルまで近いです。 バス10もトラム3Aも駅では少し離れた乗り場なので注意が必要です。 前日くらいにベルンの市内無料チケットのメールが送られて来ました。 アプリをダウンロードします。とても良かったです。 冷蔵庫もケトルもコーヒーも何もないので注意です。 歩いて5分くらいのところにコープがあります。

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

Good location, next to bus stop. Hotel provided free bus tickets which made it easy to travel around. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast spread was good.
