"You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel."

"The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern."

"This was an amazing experience to visit Berna and stay at Muri Hotel, everything was just perfect and Isabel at the front desk was the nicest person ever, She was very friendly and willing to help in everything we could need. The location is perfect and the transportation very easy and free to get to the heart of the city. If I ever come back to Berna, I will definitely choose Muri Hotel again. "設施齊備，有洗衣房和圖書室供使用，洗衣5瑞朗一次，客房內設有廚房，衹需買來調味料和食品即可烹飪，且煎鍋、奶鍋，湯鍋，碗碟和叉子勺子及刀具都提供周全。酒店隔壁有大型超市，食物和日用品齊全，依雲礦泉水1元多瑞朗就可買到1.5升大瓶裝。火車站到酒店一部巴士101可到達，且班次頻密，交通便捷，去伯爾尼老城亦非常方便。自助check in比較麻煩，但工作人員會協助辦理。退房後行李免費寄存，是性價比極高的酒店。房間可能新裝修，有甲醛味，但可以開窗，空氣流通，氣味會散去。"

"Ia adalah standard dan harga yang sesuai untuk jenis penginapan ini. Ia agak jauh dari Bandar Lama tetapi sekali lagi, Bern cukup kecil sehingga ini tidak begitu bermakna - hanya berjalan kaki singkat. Ia bersih dan tenang pada waktu malam yang saya mahukan.
Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu, mereka juga membawakan saya cerek elektrik yang saya minta - walaupun saya percaya terdapat juga beberapa cerek komunal di dapur kecil di atas lantai. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan tinggal di sana lagi."

"大城市的三星級酒店。標準房不大，中規中矩，裝修審美……不過還算舒適，房間裏沒有異味。早餐尚可，比山裡的三星酒店要好，不過在瑞士，嗯，對中國人來説，就湊合吧。搭公共交通2站路可以過橋到市中心的鐘樓，還算方便。提前跟酒店確認郵件可以預訂付費停車位，大概16瑞郎一天。（記不清了）

"很愉快的住宿經歷，房間整潔周圍安靜，雖然是老房子設施簡約，細節維護到很好，床品非常柔軟舒適，衞生間很乾凈，附近有電車可以直接到老城區景點。 老闆非常熱情，拿着地圖幫我們介紹了最合適的遊覽路線，節省了我們的時間。 早餐傳統的歐式，現烤的牛角麪包酥脆配咖啡很好吃，有很有趣的彩色雞蛋，餐廳的女士也很細心。 建議check in晚的提前聯繫, 歐洲的工作時間不是24小時。 最後一天的早飯記錯時間，去時早餐開始收餐，還是讓我們拿了麪包在路上吃。 答應了給老闆寫評價，希望他看得懂中文。"

IIzzaPizzaOne of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed at! No regrets choosing Hotel Savoy at all. Located very near the main station and surroundings are filled with plenty of shops and food. Service from the staff is excellent as well. I rarely say this but I have no complaints.

PPengguna TetamuThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

CChanThis hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby.

PPengguna TetamuWe did last min booking of this hotel. We arrived Bern train station, took tram #9 and arrived in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Front desk was very efficiency to let us check in before their regular check-in time and gave us an upgrade room with beautiful old city view from balcony. The room is about the right size with natural and tasteful modern appearance. The coffee maker and hot water kettle are available in the room. The free city transportation ticket for hotel guesses are plus. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

SSSTTThe location of the hotel is very good, next to Bern station, you can buy the necessities in walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious. The service is professional. I order room service for breakfast, highly recommend the waffles! I would also recommend the restaurant “Nooch”, fried noodles are delicious, you can reach there on foot in 5 minutes from hotel

PPengguna Tetamuvery nice location but we were given a room that was crazy to reach and we had a lot of luggage. Take the lift from the reception, get out on second floor go to the connected building, take the lift, go down, get out and take the stairs. Everything about the hotel was great minus this ”find your room adventure” with my four bags :)

PPengguna TetamuA good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

AAmyra DyanThis hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you
