Convenient location with direct access to the attached shopping mall from the lobby area. There is public transport options right next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast was pretty good.

It is interesting area. Near a train station. It was a lil bit difficult to get around due to the snow. The coop is also closed on Sundays. But generally vibe is good and place is clean.

I stayed here while attending a summer school at the University of Bern and found it to be a very good location, a nice walk through the city to get to the university, and right next to the river not far from an area where you can keep a towel then walk up river to jump in for a swim. The hostel breakfast was quite good and the mattress was very comfortable so that I slept quite well while here. My roommates were also academics here for a conference, so good roommates. The only complaint is that there were a lot of school groups or something, so lots of noisy, squeaky tweens running around.

Just about 10min away from town on Bus 9. With the free Bern ticket, public transport is on the house. Room has central air-conditioning and no heater. Might not be suitable for those who need to dry their clothing.

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Great stay overall. The hotel is just 4 to 8 minutes away from Bern main station, which makes it extremely convenient for travel and city access. It is well suited for long stays, with comfortable rooms and all necessary amenities provided. The view from the room was excellent and exactly as shown in the advertisement, which was a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are quiet despite the central location, making it a good place to relax after a day out. Overall, a highly recommended option for both short and long stays in Bern due to its location, comfort, and accurate representation online.

Location is 10-12 minutes from city centre by tram and about the same for major train station should you wish to do day trips to Belp, Thun etc. Room is clean and staff is friendly although they keep chasing you for your room number if you get breakfast too (I did for all my mornings). Room is ok, bed is comfortable but heads up if you face the tram you might hear the outdoor noise until midnight or so. Reception staff speak good English and is helpful if you need any suggestions for your trip.

Dieses Hotel in Bern ist grundsätzlich empfehlenswert. Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, so dass es in den Sommermonaten hier sehr heiß ist. Das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich umfangreich. Leider war auch das Personal teilweise nicht allzu freundlich. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man dieses Hotel allerdings besuchen.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
