Hotel Chenzhou dengan Sarapan

這次來郴州遊玩，特意選了維也納國際酒店郴州西站店，整體入住體驗超出預期。地理位置很方便，離高鐵站近，打車出行省時省力。必須誇前台小毛，辦理入住高效利索，諮詢景點路線、停車事宜都耐心細緻，態度温和有分寸。 客房設施維護得很好，房間採光通透，床品柔軟睡感舒服，衞浴熱水充足，還有智能馬桶，細節做得到位，隔音效果在線，晚上休息很安穩。自助早餐品類豐富，中式粥粉、麪點、熱菜、水果飲品齊全，本地米粉味道地道，食材新鮮。酒店配有健身房和自助洗衣房，出門遊玩換洗很省心。整體乾淨整潔，性價比很高，不管中轉還是旅遊暫住都合適，下次來郴州還會選擇這裏。

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

房間非常乾淨，整潔温馨，而且有投影，是中央空調，床很軟很舒服，智能馬桶還很貼心的配了一次性馬桶墊，衞生打掃也非常的仔細！投影儀效果很好，還有免費的會員。老闆也非常禮貌熱情，周圍交通也很便利，樓下附近有很多吃飯的地方，很是方便。

The biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night. The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

古風+現代風相結合，整體乾淨整潔，服務很好，我們一到達房間，工作人員就送了4杯冰鎮酸梅湯給我們解渴，酸梅湯真的很好喝，大人和小朋友都超級喜歡！本來衹包兩大一小的自助早餐，前台小姐姐見我們有兩位小朋友，就給我們多送一位，很nice！早餐雖然種類不多，但是也蠻不錯的，吃得飽飽的！還為我們升級到下午2點退房，為我們出行提供更好的便利。我們退房的時候，前台小姐姐又送了兩份蘋果小禮物給小朋友，祝我們一路平安，很有心思，很窩心！200多元的房費，提供N多服務，超級划算，比我們在東江湖住的400多元的民宿好太多了，必須五星好評，強烈推薦！！！

I went with my friend and our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, with two beds, and very clean. The place is located very close to the entrance of the main attraction park, and on the side you can also find unofficial hiking paths that are popular on social media. The highlight was the staff, who had the best attitude and were super friendly and helpful. You can also have a brilliant breakfast for only 10 yuan, which will give you energy for a full day of hiking. Totally recommend this place — it’s a 10/10! 我和朋友一起去的，这次入住体验非常棒！房间非常宽敞，有两张床，而且非常干净。酒店位置离主要景点入口非常近，旁边还有一些在社交媒体上很火的非官方徒步小路。最让人印象深刻的是这里的工作人员，态度特别好，非常友善又乐于助人。这里还有很棒的早餐，只需10元，就能为你一整天的徒步提供充足的能量。强烈推荐这个地方——绝对是10/10！

Penginapannya sangat baik, biliknya luas, dan pemanasannya sangat baik, jadi kami tidak perlu risau tentang kesejukan. Kami terkejut dengan restoran rumah tamu itu sendiri; makanannya lazat, dan kami juga dapat mencuba makanan istimewa tempatan, kek pulut hitam. Jalan ke Mangshan agak berliku, jadi lebih baik untuk memaklumkan kaunter penerimaan tetamu terlebih dahulu jika anda memerlukan perkhidmatan pengambilan. Sebuah kereta akan membawa anda ke Mangshan, dan anda boleh menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu sebelum turun untuk mengatur pengambilan (pastikan anda menghubungi mereka terlebih dahulu), kerana jalannya agak panjang. Tiada lif di rumah tamu ini, tetapi kakitangan akan membantu dengan bagasi. Secara keseluruhan, kami mempunyai penginapan yang sangat selesa, makanannya hebat, dan pemandangan di Mangshan cantik dan pastinya patut dikunjungi!

Perfect stay if you want to go to yangtai grassland because of it’s proximity. Also the views are breathtaking when it’s not foggy and rainy😍 Serene place with absolutely great service! The staff, the girl Shyaw men, can’t spell it, and the young man who speaks English, are beyond amazing with attending to guests needs. They even ask for your food preferences. The attention to details really captivates the heart🩵🩵 Breakfast was so delicious and was brought to my room😍 Loved my stay here. Do keep in mind that the hotel is located far from the city so bring your own snacks. Didi will drop you off easily but you won’t find one on the way back. However the hotel staff will help you with arranging transport✨ No worries.

房間很大，衞生很好，但隔音較差。緊鄰高鐵站，坐高鐵非常方便。但這次入住不得不提一下服務，這是我住過的諸多酒店中，第一次對服務提出意見。當天下午3點多我辦理入住，因為年歲大了，我和前台説儘量安排相對安靜一點的房間，話音未落，前台説就這一間了。我回房間後，看了一眼攜程，發現我住的房型還有很多末訂出去，我又去前台溝通，前台又説這些房間都沒打掃完（此時是下午4點多），我説能不能打掃完了幫我換一間，而且告知我現在的房間什麼都沒動，不需要重新打掃，另外告知前台我想多住幾天，前台説那等她電話吧，1個多小時末等到迴音，我又與前台溝通，説過15分鐘給我回話，結果幫我換了一間與現住的朝向等基本一樣的，因年歲較大，還要來回搬行李，我就謝絕了更換房間。本來要多住幾天的，無奈衹住了一晚，説實話這個酒店硬件條件還是很不錯的，但前台的服務意識讓我很失望。
