My first time to travel in this city, this hotel is very new with very big TV screen in the room. the water tap for shower is very good and water flow is strong. The staff at the front desk are very kind and helpful. I will definitely book again this hotel next time. Breakfast is good though.

Nice hotel and quite new. Main downside and drawback is that there are construction and renovation works starting from 8am every morning and does not help to relax and enjoy. We were provided free breakfast and snacks as compensation

很滿意的一次外出，帶着孩子和長者3個人，房間面積大乾濕分區，房間衞生乾淨內有泡池，暑天室內吹冷空調泡温泉，感覺簡直太好了，38度的高温去室外泡温泉真的需要勇氣。晚餐訂的烤肉套餐，考熟後端到房間吃，生蠔雞翅牛肉粒香菇都挺好吃的，而且早餐也OK，服務也很給力，看我們帶着孩子，多給了一個餐券。下次有朋友親戚過來玩，作為本地人的我會強力推薦這家✌

難得寫一下評價！國慶期間來郴州旅遊，訂到這個房間挺滿意，入住前接到電話詢問對房間有沒有什麼要求，入住之後還送了果盤，工作人員服務都很好，點贊👍 房間很寬敞很新，採光很好，乾淨明亮舒適，設施基本都是智能的，房間內的桌椅數量很夠用，一桌兩椅+一張沙發搖椅（這點很多酒店都做不到，大部分酒店都是雙人房給一張椅子😂） 還有礦泉水給了四瓶，枕頭四個 兩個棉花枕兩個橡膠枕，浴巾也是單獨包好的，不得不説能做到這樣的酒店也是不多了👍👍上電梯需要刷房卡，點外賣送餐也是機器人送上門，很安全 隔音也挺好，酒店還有配套停車場，位置很多，門口指揮的大叔人很好，酒店地理位置也不錯，離郴州西站挺近的，總體來説真的不錯，推薦，可惜就是沒有評價的習慣，所以沒有拍什麼房間的照片
