酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置也很優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹小哈更是熱情似火，服務到位，房間的價格也很實惠，作為郴州獨一家新中式裝修，不僅提供漢服體驗，管家服務，還有歡迎水果等等等等。對比起來性價比超高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這是我對這家酒店的評價。超讚！！！！！

服務非常好，前台，餐廳，打掃衞生的大叔，都會主動打招呼，笑臉相迎，賓至如歸。服務有點像在海南亞特南蒂斯的感覺。不足的是，房型軟硬件問題，套房外邊不知道是不是中央空調外機，低頻噪音嚴重，套房外面的床比較簡陋，應該是外加的床，床兩頭沒有充電口，開關，不太方便，床墊睡下去非常廉價拉分，兩張床舒適度南轅北撤，616房，建議管理層自己去睡一下。另外早餐特別好，食材特別新鮮，阿姨特別熱情，衝著早餐和服務會再來的！

酒店環境真的很不錯，住着很舒服。酒店房間數量多，酒店有早餐，健身房，洗衣房 都是自助的 入住非常方便 而且房間很安靜適合休息！吃飯在酒店裡就可以有包廂服務，口味不錯，輕鬆解決吃飯的問題  早餐口味也很好，交通很方便，前台服務很熱情，非常棒。感覺很好，連續住了兩天！ 客房衞生很乾凈整潔服務也好，去樓上超大會議室開會，位置好找很方便，主要是酒店房間寬敞明亮，非常舒適有家的感覺 很好 值得推薦！

週末從廣州開車去郴州泡温泉，新開的酒店，衞生還行，房間內有泡池，不錯。但是，温泉水要通知放，房間不能操作，不方便，剛開始放少了，後面又讓放，延遲很久，然後又放多了，通知停延遲好久，差點淹了房間。温泉水温度比較低，泡的不舒服。早餐委託旁邊的飯店加工，説是7點，7點十分下去都沒有，然後匆匆吃了兩個包子喝了杯茶就撤了，這一點差評。還有就是酒店對車位的管理很差，幾個車的素質太低，一個車佔兩個車位，影響別人停車。曝光低素質的LJ
