Hotel Jiashan dengan Sarapan

What a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction. Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed. The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning. Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!

Took the kid for a relaxing family time and a lot of interactive activities for kid to experience nature. But just one thing to remind is that be caution to mind the step. Some of the parts are dark for the sake of art presentation which might be a risk for senior or kid

預訂流程：預訂前致電酒店就告知晚上17:00和8:00前抵達可以免景區門票，這點算是福利。（特殊日期除外，務必提前確認），預訂後酒店會添加微信告知導航和細節，是比較主動和貼心的。 酒店位置：西塘某門附近，算好找，進去也方便看到酒店，裏面逛算比較偏的地方，這門票我是覺得不值得一買。 辦理入住：有點慢，尚能接受。晚上前台就不在了，喊一下小姑娘已經穿好自己衣服在餐廳區有點奇怪。 房間環境：不大，宣傳照都是廣角精修的，比較老舊，看起來也不是很乾凈，不能挑剔。 房間服務：有送水果和晚上銀耳羹點心，小朋友有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，早上口味一般能吃飽。 優勢：住景區裏還是方便的，特別早上還沒什麼人的時候，喜歡古鎮的安靜，商業氣息也淡化了些。

The location is very strategic, in front of the bus station and scenic watwr town xitang..Just walk 5 minites. The bus station is inside of the area of the scenic water town xitang. You can go to shanghai.by bus only 1, 5 hours.you also can go to Hangzhou or another city by bus.It is so convenient. You can buy bus tickects at the station. The hotel is clean, the receptionist is very helpful .Breakfast is chinese style, and delicious.Everything of this hotel is so good

Great services, connected with the WeChat group before arriving and picking us up at the car park. Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.

今年又來了，酒店離北門很近，地理位置優越，門口就是是民謠廣場。前台服務熱情，會提前聯繫告知位置，晚上沿着河邊散散步，放空心情還是一件美事。房間的馬桶是智能馬桶，窗簾也是質控的，使用起來很方便，配套設施齊全，枕頭一個硬一點，一個軟一點，看個人喜好使用，配備的還有浴袍，如果再來個浴缸那就完美了。房間乾淨整潔，一次滿意的旅行。

It was a great stay. Room condition was good. Especially, the employees in reception had great attitude. Hot spring was also enjoyable. It could be a wonderful choice for family.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

距離：直接火車站叫車過來的，很方便，直接停到大門口。但是，辦理入住是在泓瑾四季酒店，不是温泉底樓，這點還是我提前問了問，哪兒都沒看到提示。辦理完還要酒店幫忙叫車去温泉入住房間，叫車要等，不太方便。 環境：房間內環境還是不錯的，親子房房間挺大。但是，我會定在温泉樓上就是怕小朋友進出冷以及方便可以在房間內換衣服，省得去温泉那裡擠，結果，完全兩個通道，電梯在温泉前台另一邊，説實話穿着浴袍上下樓還蠻冷的，甚至前兩天温度都有10度的樣子（¬_¬）ﾉ 服務：晚上想開空調，結果顯示E7，工作人員也得從泓瑾四季過來，等了一陣然後搞了好一陣才搞好，晚上熱了關掉空調，第二天早上開空調又不行了，我們連維修都懶得叫了😅然後叭我們要個指甲刀，也得從泓瑾四季送過來😅第二天我們早上去吃早飯，還得先打前台電話叫車去泓瑾四季吃😅車子一般都要等一會兒的，超級不方便的，真的還不如定在隔壁酒店呢😅😅 食物：無論温泉還是酒店早飯，都不太行，這點能理解，標榜的是温泉嘛。酒店早飯咖啡機排長隊，中途咖啡機沒水了一個服務人員去加水，用排在我前面的老哥的話來説：“從湖幫裏打水都應該來了”，總之巨慢，以及酒店自助餐種類是中西式都有的不少，吃飽沒問題，但是嘉興特色是啥都沒有的，連燒賣都沒的。 總結一下，帶娃圖方便的，別定這家，特別不方便！

在景區過來玩，和男朋友想就近找一家衞生環境好的地方住下，雖然在景區附近，但是不吵鬧，很安靜，而且住的很舒服，前台服務人員也服務態度比較好，圖片可以參考
