"The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)"

"The hotel is in the city center, with complete surrounding facilities and a night market opposite, which is very suitable for business travel. The front desk lady Zhou Yan smiled sweetly and quickly completed the check-in procedures. Guest service Miss Zhongxu responded at any time and helped me arrange the renewal of the house. Although there was a little episode, Manager Dai helped me upgrade to the suite. The service was thoughtful and I was very satisfied! Wang Peng, the little brother who changed rooms, was also very handsome. The room is large, clean and tidy, comfortable, well lit, and a large bathtub. It is recommended to friends around you, a very cost-effective hotel."

"The hotel is located at the corner of the community and should be considered newly renovated. The room is quite big. It's convenient for eating and shopping downstairs. Didi can go to the hotel entrance. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know what happened. The sign on the road was not big enough, and there were quite a few hotels nearby, so local friends drove to the wrong place and ran to the Wanlian Hotel building, only to see the sign diagonally across the road. Hygiene is good. The price/performance ratio is pretty decent."

"The most pertinent evaluation: The health, environment, and facilities are very good for this price! Rated five smiley faces. As for the service, the service at the front desk, including the hotel staff who took me to the room, was very good, very warm and thoughtful! How can I meet an old woman! ! ! In order to catch the high-speed train in the morning, we left a little early. I went to the restaurant before 6:20, but an older woman refused to let me in, saying she didn't have enough time. Later, I managed to persuade her to let her in, and I showed her the room card during the period. We ate some fruit and got ready to leave. At this time, I couldn't find the card. I was a little anxious. Then I went back and asked the older woman if it was the card I showed her but I didn't get it back. I never expected that this woman would be standing at the door with a very bad attitude, just like a **. He said very hatefully: Who got you stuck? Is this interesting? What am I going to do with your card? ! You lost something yourself...you keep nagging and refusing to listen, glaring and yelling at others. At first glance, we didn’t think he was easy to mess with, he was really an old bastard! I was so disgusted that I quickly pressed the elevator and ran away..."

"The Jiashan Hilton is absolutely superb! Its convenient location, right next to the commercial district, offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the service was efficient and exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring incredibly comfortable bedding that ensures you'll drift off to sleep instantly. The thoughtful wet-dry separation in the bathroom is a definite plus. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes being wonderfully authentic. In the evening, enjoying the breeze on the terrace while overlooking the night view was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"We had a great stay. The guesthouse host was incredibly welcoming; they even went out of their way to meet and pick us up. They also helped us purchase discounted tickets. By communicating our arrival time and mode of transport in advance, they were able to suggest the most convenient travel options, which was incredibly helpful."

"My stay at Xitang Yuyaxuan's 180-degree river view room was absolutely perfect, completely fulfilling all my imaginings of a Jiangnan water town. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony framed the misty promenade and the gurgling river into a living painting. I slept beside the water, watching the morning mist drift over the stone bridges and black-awning boats cut through the dawn light. In the evening, I admired the setting sun painting the corridor roofs red and lanterns gradually illuminating like stars – truly ”living within the scenery.” The guest room itself was also incredibly charming, cleverly converted from an ancient Ming and Qing dynasty residence. The interior retained the elegant antiquity of wooden beams and carved windows, yet was equipped with modern comforts, showcasing a strong sense of design. Lying on the soft bed, with the gentle sound of sculling oars in the background, even my dreams were imbued with the warmth of the water town. This is undoubtedly an excellent place to experience the essence of Xitang, and I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking tranquility and beautiful views."
