What a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction. Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed. The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning. Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!

Wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, large and comfortable. The garden was gorgeous and the tea room next to the garden was very quaint. The owner was kind and helpful, making our stay flawless. We would definitely return. Thank you

一朝一夕民宿 | 藏在江南巷弄裏的治癒祕境✨ 這趟旅行最驚喜的收穫，就是住進了「一朝一夕」 （寵物友好） 🌿 一進院子，就被江南慢生活治癒了 推開門的瞬間，滿牆的薔薇和爬山虎撲進眼裡，白牆黛瓦的老房子、石板路、各種樹木，還香香的。那天正是下雨天🌧就像直接住進了江南水墨畫裏。 清晨在鳥鳴中醒來，出門滿眼綠意，連空氣裏都帶着草木的清香。民宿的公共庭院打理得格外用心，每個角落都藏着巧思，坐在樹下吹吹風，喝喝茶聊聊天，連時間都慢了下來，完全不想走了。 🛏️ 房間細節拉滿，住着比家還舒服 房間是原木風的裝修温柔又有質感。 浴室的設計超貼心，乾濕分離做得很好，還準備了一次性馬桶墊，和一次性的毛巾浴巾。潔癖星人狂喜！淋浴水壓夠足，洗去一天的疲憊超舒服，連拖鞋都是軟fufu的，而且每間屋子門口都點了蚊香，細節控真的愛了。 📍 位置&服務，安全感直接拉滿 民宿就在古鎮巷弄裏，鬧中取靜，逛吃出行都超方便。老闆也特別熱情，有問必答，還給我們推薦了本地人才知道的寶藏小店，體驗感直接翻倍。 從踏入民宿的那一刻起，就有種被温柔包裹的感覺，在這裏的一朝一夕，都成了旅行裏最珍貴的回憶。 已經開始期待下次再來住啦，也把這份治癒感推薦給所有想慢下來的朋友！

西塘古鎮邊的良壤酒店 颱風天留人，把我留在了這個酒店。感謝颱風，酒店的預訂都取消了，整個酒店一共沒幾個客人，特別安靜。 入住前對這個酒店很期待，自帶園藝農場，確保果蔬新鮮，酒店又藝術又高級。住下來之後麼對酒店略帶失望。 這個酒店四四方方口字形，規整蠻規整的。口字形中間平鋪了一層水面，四周東西兩面三層大白牆，那是客房，南北兩面兩層的木結構，那是酒吧餐廳健身房。 房間也好酒店也好大量原木設計，老闆的喜好吧。 老闆還喜歡幽暗，暗得朦朦朧朧，不管白天黑夜。 老闆還喜歡展示她的美學品味，酒店到處都是這些個。。。藝術品？就像這個紅紅的墩子。 這些個都是老闆的喜好，有錢任性，這個不能吐槽。但是呢， 酒店電話打過去沒人接也不回覆，這個能吐槽，怎麼著啊，接線員請不起啊。 酒店的服務員不和善，這個也能吐槽，跟客人擦肩而過，服務員頭一昂衹當沒看到，氣質分倒是拉滿了。 我坐在户外喝咖啡，發會呆，突然一陣喧嘩，室內沖出一羣酒店的人在我邊上嚷嚷，一聽，在佈置工作，沒看見客人坐那嗎？呵斥一句，一羣人退回室內繼續嚷嚷去了。 這家酒店肯定算貴价的，老闆自己心裏也清楚，所以老闆的思路就是沒想到開啥價都有人捧場，所以老闆就放飛自己了。 酒店有個小禮品店，一個白色圓領T恤，印了個酒店的圖案，980[doge][偷笑R][偷笑R]一雙白色帆布鞋，1680… 這就是一個私人老闆開的單體酒店，也可能因為體量不大，各種成本都比較高，所以成了一家貴价的酒店。 茶樹菇燉雞，400塊；梅乾菜燒肉，200塊，這個算貴嗎？

The bed space was clean and comfy, the bed was firm and comfortable. Like many hostels in China, you'll need to put the bedsheets on yourself. Slippers and a toothbrush are provided. I checked in in the morning and the room was quite dirty and disorganised. I've been told that the cleaning lady only comes in around noon and the next few days were cleaner. There were also no bedsheets in my bed space but the reception was quick to provide me with some. The journey from the metro station to the hostel is quite bumpy and not easy if you have a heavy 28-inch luggage like me since you also need to cross a main road. One last thing, it seems like they're in operation for quite some time now because the environment is not as bright as pictured. There are mold on the walls of the room, peeling paint etc. Overall still quite a good stay with the price with about a 10min walk to the Confucius Temple area.

Great services, connected with the WeChat group before arriving and picking us up at the car park. Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.

I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

第一次西塘古鎮遊，選了這家酒店。位置就在唐家弄進門第二家，位置很好找。老闆姓唐，本地人，非常健談和熱情。房間裝飾的古香古色，空間也不小。

We had a wonderful stay! It was a little tricky to find the place at first — totally our fault for not knowing the language — but a very kind local helped guide us right to it. The check-in was super easy, and the host made sure we had everything we needed, even showing us how to use the Wi-Fi and other amenities. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Xitang, close to everything. The only small downside (which had nothing to do with the hotel itself) was some noise from what sounded like a nearby party or club at night. It didn’t bother me, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, everything was perfect — highly recommend for anyone visiting this beautiful water town!
