這是一個典型的藏式賓館，在古爾溝這個地方，應該是一流的，大堂有各種山姆的免費小零食和飲料，房間打掃還算乾淨整齊，洗護備品用的比較好，帕爾瑪之水。對於這個價位來講，我認為是比較優秀的。早餐種類不多，但擺盤精緻。在這個價位裏面，算是非常優秀的。公共區域活動面積不大，到這裏來主要是泡他們的温泉，其他的設施設備的話，是沒有辦法和大型度假酒店比的

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring. What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags. The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

本次畢棚溝之行的美好從第一晚理縣住宿開啟🔛縣城小小的，人很少，安靜又乾淨。酒店位於政府單位旁邊，周邊吃喝逛逛都很方便，步行完全okay～酒店的工作人員都很nice，幫忙泊車的小哥，熱情招呼的做飯阿姨，尤其是前台02工號小姐姐，人美心善，不僅免費升級房型，提供導覽服務，主動幫忙洗衣烘衣並送到房間，聊天特別投緣還請我一起喝汽水🥤大讚特贊👍🏻推薦推薦！！

Nice and comfortable hotel. Hot spring is very nice with 4 pools available. Breakfast has variaty of food to choose and it's very nice. Recommended.

The hotel is close to the Bipenggol park. And you can ask the hotel to send and pick you up from the park (free). The staffs are very nice and helpful. They will help you to book the car back to Chengdu (if you request). And they have the women staff, her name is Wendy. She speaks English very well and always help us about the language issues and everything while we were staying at the hotel.

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

The hotel upgraded us when my husband disclosed his Wyndham status, which was decent of them. However, it was very strange that an international brand chain hotel would turn off all the lights on the second floor public areas to save electricity. I know it’s energy saving, but does no favors for the brand.

At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.
