Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional! The room was large, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, complementing the beautifully designed lobby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the ******* costume activity provided by the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Later in the evening, we relaxed in the outdoor hot spring, which was an incredibly soothing and wonderful experience. Dining at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. We had the mushroom hot pot for dinner, featuring impeccably fresh ingredients and a rich, delicious broth. The owner shared that ******* culture places a strong emphasis on food quality, often sourcing ingredients personally. Out of our entire six-day trip, this was undeniably the best and highest-quality meal we had. Breakfast was equally impressive, reflecting the hotel's careful attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Given the outstanding quality of both the stay and the dining, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Great location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area.

Everythings perfect ! The view superb !! Location okay,not so far from the entrance..met the yak on my way to the hotel 🤣 the owner was really helpful too !! She even gave me rice 😭 im a muslim and my rte food oos and i tapao halal beef stew from chengdu and i ask the owner if theres any nearby restaurant i can get rice..and she gave me :(( i survived hahaha..the floor heating,AC and oh my god guys hear me out !! The shower is really heaven..theres water heater and then we have the hot air in the shower felt like sauna !! 😭 with cold weather its heaven to shower in there 😭😭 i have a slight fever on that day and im grateful i booked this place

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

We had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. The property is located in a scenic area with very clean rooms and amenities. The restaurant food is very tasty. Front office staffs, housekeeping staffs and restaurant staffs are extremely caring and helpful. Highly recommended for a family vacation.

Sesiapa yang akan ke Bipenggou harus menginap di sini. Layanan mesra adalah yang terbaik. Pengurusnya sangat baik. Dia banyak membantu kami. Dia menawarkan untuk menghantar kami ke kawasan pemandangan bipenggou yang pada mulanya kami meminta kakitangan untuk menentukan lokasi kawasan pemandangan bipenggou, tetapi kakitangan memaklumkan kepada kami bahawa pengurus akan menghantar kami ke sana (sekitar 1-2km dari hotel). Pengurus juga membantu kami menempah kereta dari bipenggou ke dujiangyan. Kami menginap 2 malam di sini semasa musim sejuk. Lantai yang dipanaskan adalah yang terbaik semasa musim sejuk. Hotel ini dikelilingi oleh pemandangan yang indah. Pada waktu malam akan ada unggun api. Mesin basuh dan pengering juga disediakan di sini. Keseluruhan 10/10❤️❤️

Great location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

The hotel upgraded us when my husband disclosed his Wyndham status, which was decent of them. However, it was very strange that an international brand chain hotel would turn off all the lights on the second floor public areas to save electricity. I know it’s energy saving, but does no favors for the brand.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The resort is located inside the scenic area, and the staff arranged convenient pick-up from the park entrance. Our room was luxurious, complete with a private hot spring pool and stunning mountain views right from the window. Shuttle service to the main park area was well organized and made exploring easy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. While dining options on-site are limited, in-room dining was affordable and easy to order through WeChat. Overall, an exceptional experience — couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Bipenggou!
