PPengguna TetamuGreat location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area.

DDelphinetang1Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~!
There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests.
The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

GGLJYHad a great getaway here with my friends! The hotel was in a super convenient spot for exploring Zhuodi—easy to walk to the main streets and local eats. Room was clean and had enough space for the three of us.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is very beutiful, comfortable, convenient and super clean, Staff were helpful and nice. We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. And this hotel is pet friendly, the reception has a cute dog called ”Jing Jing” He is a very cute and super friendly dog.

AAnywhere BackpackWe stayed at Urban Convenience Hotel (Li County Bipenggou Scenic Area Li Xiaolu Branch), and overall, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect after exploring nature at Bipenggou Scenic Area.
However, one key challenge was that the hotel name did not match the listing on Trip.com, which is an issue we have frequently encountered when traveling in China.
For this trip, we hired a private car with a local Chinese driver, which made reaching the hotel easy and stress-free. However, for independent travelers, locating the property could be quite difficult.
Despite the initial challenge, the stay itself was very satisfying and left a strong positive impression.
A great property is only part of the journey—clear directions and accurate location details are equally essential for a seamless travel experience.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe arrived early around 11.30am and the staff kindly allowed us to check in. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, we left our luggage and walked to Bipenggou Park, which is only about 10 minutes away. The room has floor heating, making it very cozy and warm despite the cold weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone planning to overnight in Bipenggou.

AAngeeeeeecThe place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

GGrataiStaff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us.
