Hotel Mudanjiang dengan Sarapan

酒店位於鏡泊湖景區北門附近的瀑布村內，這是一所遍佈民宿的村落。在眾多民宿的激烈競爭中，這家酒店以出類拔萃的特色和服務，贏得了廣大住客的心，也給了我一個驚喜。首先酒店老闆的理想十分先進，就是要把最好的條件提供給客人。酒店的設施設備絲毫不亞於標準的大酒店，甚至有些地方做東了極致。例如為了讓客人喝上乾淨衞生的水，他們特意配備了帶有一次性內膽的開水壺，一客一換。酒店對毛巾浴巾的洗滌和處理已經做得相當不錯，但出於對一些特別的客人照顧，他們還提供了一次性的毛巾和浴巾。在這些細小的環節上突顯出酒店為客人服務的良苦用心。酒店除了住宿外，還經營了一家自己的餐廳，我們下午2點多鐘到店，提出了用餐要求，後廚馬上動起來，為我們提供了可口的飯菜，他家菜單上的菜餚還真不少，菜品裏最貴的是著名的湖魚，也有一些中低檔的家常菜，豐儉由人。廚師的手藝不一般，做出的菜餚色香味俱全，一看就是經過正規培訓的。由此也帶動了酒店早餐質量的提升，品種雖然不多，但少而精，主食、熱菜、小菜、水果、乾的、稀的類型齊全，以中式為主，味道同樣可口。我也住過不少民宿，但像這樣條件良好服務優秀的精品民宿，我遇到的還真不多。

The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

Good hotel, great location. It’s very close to the train station — about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. All my requests were fulfilled, and any issues were solved quickly. The room was clean, and the service was attentive. The only small downside — some guests smoke in non‑smoking areas, including the breakfast hall. I reminded one person, and they put it away. It would be great if the hotel could manage this better in the future. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank you! I have so much more to say about my stay, but it won’t all fit here. I’ll write a longer, more detailed post in the Trip.com community soon.

綏芬河天花板酒店，好到一言難盡！ 來綏芬河出差+遊玩，對比全城多家酒店，海潤國際絕對是本地斷層第一的星級酒店，整體體驗不知道從哪誇起，衹能説一言難盡 位置交通絕了 酒店坐落市政府旁中福街核心地段，離高鐵站、客運站很近，自駕有專屬停車場，停車完全不用愁（衹是車位緊張）。但是管理人員非常熱情，馬上協調尋找車位，服務滿分💯。步行就能到俄貨商城，打車去國門景區、大白樓人頭樓很方便，商旅、遊客住這裏出行零壓力。 硬件配置全城頂配 大堂輕奢大氣，大理石裝修高級感拉滿，辦理入住速度超快，支持電子身份證，還有機器人送物，智能化拉滿。 客房空間寬敞通透，全屋智能控制燈光、窗簾、温度，地暖+24小時恆温熱水，衞浴乾濕分離，地面地暖太貼心。床墊、枕頭質感上乘，躺上去一夜安睡，迷你吧飲品免費，入住還贈送歡迎水果，細節拉滿。 配套設施一站式配齊 早餐是邊城特色拉滿 自助早餐中西結合，品類豐富新鮮，現磨咖啡、鮮奶、各式麪點熱菜全都有，最驚喜的是搭配俄式紅腸、酸黃瓜、提拉米蘇，口岸特色直接拿捏，食材新鮮味道在線，每天早餐都能吃撐，性價比直接拉滿。 服務温柔又貼心 前台、保潔、餐廳工作人員態度都特別和善，有需求響應超快，叫車、租車服務全部免費，全程沒有過度推銷，待人真誠周到，細節處盡顯星級服務水準。整棟酒店衞生管控嚴苛，走廊、客房、公共區域一塵不染，完全沒有異味。 總結推薦 在綏芬河海潤國際無論是裝修、智能設備、餐飲、配套還是服務，都穩穩甩開別家一大截，當之無愧本地頭部星級酒店。

服務特別好，前台小姐姐特別貼心，環境好特別乾淨，屋裡特別暖和，全屋智能小杜管家，床和枕頭也特別舒服，跟自己家一樣，睡得也特別好

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods. During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem. The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

While not located directly inside the China Snowtown scenic area, this was not a significant issue. The standout feature here is the complimentary shuttle bus service. It runs to and from the Snowtown attraction upon request. We found it to be extremely convenient and highly punctual; the drivers were professional and the departures were always on schedule. Our room was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The housekeeping is thorough and consistent—fresh linens, immaculate bathroom, and no dust to be seen anywhere. The room was cozy and had effective heating—a must in this climate. Reception staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Snowtown.
