Ee_shielaThe best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you!
The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is!
It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids
It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel.
Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day.
The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night.
The room was clean and comfortable.
It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

It's at the end of the town so you just gotta walk down and then back up again to explore xx!
Staff were very helpful! Our room is at the third floor and they helped us bring them up :'＞ (reception is level 2!)
We gotta share toilet and bathrooms and they were clean!! They also provided shamooo conditioner and body wash
Room has indoor adjustable floor heating to your liking so it's very comfortable in -30 degrees
Breakfast was simple but good! It's Chinese style w porridge / potato / veggies etc

AAldiceGood hotel, great location. It’s very close to the train station — about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi.
All my requests were fulfilled, and any issues were solved quickly. The room was clean, and the service was attentive.
The only small downside — some guests smoke in non‑smoking areas, including the breakfast hall. I reminded one person, and they put it away. It would be great if the hotel could manage this better in the future.
Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank you!

大堂輕奢大氣，大理石裝修高級感拉滿，辦理入住速度超快，支持電子身份證，還有機器人送物，智能化拉滿。
客房空間寬敞通透，全屋智能控制燈光、窗簾、温度，地暖+24小時恆温熱水，衞浴乾濕分離，地面地暖太貼心。床墊、枕頭質感上乘，躺上去一夜安睡，迷你吧飲品免費，入住還贈送歡迎水果，細節拉滿。

Staff give me portable heater to make sure I have a good sleep. Next day during my stay, staff showing us the penguin show at nearby hotel. Kids was so happy. It was great moment for us

KKah JoonHotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious.
The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

PPengguna TetamuMy partner and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionists exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond for us. We did not know how to get to the hotel from the snow town, so they picked us up directly from the snow town entrance which is usually reserved for buses. They provided us breakfast outside of their regular breakfast hours because they knew we were spending the entire morning doing activities. I am extremely thankful for the receptionists for doing their best to accommodate our needs despite the language barrier.

ППолина АГостиница расположена в центре пешеходной улицы, пешком до железнодорожного вокзала можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Рядом все основные локации, парк, парк аттракционов, магазины, рынки. Гостиница уже старая, завтрак вкусный, девушки, которые подают завтрак прекрасные. Девушки, которые встречают на ресепшене: две хорошие, остальные невоспитанные. Я часто ночую в этой гостинице по работе, а теперь остановилась в третий раз с мамой, отдохнуть. Для мамы не очень комфортные кровати, твердые, грязные подушки, порванное постельное белье, грязный душ, отваливается штукатурка, нельзя открыть окно - шум с улицы, по телевизору нет российского канала, нет полотенца для ног. Но есть раздельный душ и туалет. Эта гостиница хороша на 1 или 2 дня, мы же были 5 дней и в ней не получиться с комфортом отдохнуть.
