Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Mudanjiang

A last-minute decision led me to Erlanghe instead of Snow valley, and I discovered a tranquil and beautiful village. Although many of the original residents have moved away, some still choose to stay. The host, Sister Liu and her husband, are natives. They have lived in this village for decades.They are honest, kind-hearted people who treat their guests like families, running their homestay with sincerity and integrity. Holding onto such simple, genuine beauty is truly rare in this world filled with marketing gimmicks. They even built a small snow slope across from the house for the kids to play. Sister Liu keeps the rooms impeccably clean, the bathroom has no unpleasant odor at all! The kang (heated bed) was wonderfully warm, and after playing in the snow, lying down on it, I fell asleep almost instantly. Sister Liu’s dumplings were particularly beautiful, each one identical, and the wrappers had the fragrant of wheat, a flavor I hadn’t tasted in years. The wild mountain vegetables served at dinner were also unique. Sister Liu even specially scrambled eggs for my daughter ! Waking up to a world of glittering white snow was both familiar and strange. Taking a walk around the village, the crisp, crunching sound of footsteps in the snow was incredibly healing. Returning to Sister Liu’s freshly cooked porridge, steamed traditional sourdough buns, and homemade pickles (so delicious I could eat a whole bowl!) made the day utterly satisfying. I really wish I could have stayed a few more days!

五星推薦橫道河子老泉民宿！民宿緊挨着山邊，推開窗户就是成片青山綠植，滿眼綠意，清晨山間霧氣環繞，空氣特別清新。 院內設施太適合避暑遊玩，半山坡有網紅鞦韆，拍照氛圍感拉滿；院子門口天然泉水洞常年冰涼，孩子特別喜歡在水邊玩耍納涼。超大庭院可以自助燒烤，我們用山泉水冰鎮啤酒、飲料，伴着徐徐山風吃燒烤，涼快又愜意，完美避開城裡高温。 房間衞生做得無可挑剔，全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，一次性牙刷、洗漱用品全部配齊，住宿省心舒服。來橫道河子避暑首選這家，不管親子出遊還是朋友小聚都合適，下次來還住這裏！

Stayed here enroute to Snow City. Not worth the price paid. Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1. Could smell people smoking at the common corridor. No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room. Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun. Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help. Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all. The counter staff very friendly though.

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

According to the booking Amenities the room : 1. has a mountain view but I did NOT get the Mountain view. 2. is on the ground floor not 1st floor as indicated in the booking 3. NO TV in my room Except for the concierge Service NONE of the Luxury Privileges mention in the booking was offered. I was a not happy with that. But I do want to give a shoutout to Mr Sung Yu (I hope I got his name correct) for taking care of us through out our stay there. Keep up the good job!!!

The hosts were helpful. They let me wash my clothes. I had a nice meal. The place had a nice family feel. The garden ambience was nice. Unfortunately, the room I was allocated was terrible. It was listed as a ”Special” Queen room but there was nothing special about it. In fact I think it was their worst room.. The bed had no matress (solid wood). Really uncomfortable pillows, No bath towel provided (only small hand towels), no drinking water provided, a kettle but no cups, no air-conditioning. Just missing basics that most other places provide. If you book this place, don't take this room.

Persekitarannya bagus, bersih dan higienis, berdekatan dengan Xuexiang, dan perkhidmatannya juga prihatin. Paling penting, harganya lebih murah daripada di dalam Xuexiang, menjadikannya sangat menjimatkan kos. Pemiliknya juga menyediakan perkhidmatan pengambilan dan penghantaran percuma ke dan dari Xuexiang.

Sudah pasti tempat yang sesuai untuk menginap! Lokasinya sangat baik. Hotel ini hanya beberapa langkah dari perhentian bas. Ia terletak betul-betul di tengah-tengah Snow Town, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk meneroka dan bersiar-siar. Hotel ini nampaknya baru-baru ini diubah suai, memberikannya suasana yang bersih, moden dan selesa. Berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan adalah mudah melalui WeChat, aplikasi yang digunakan secara meluas di China yang juga menyediakan keupayaan terjemahan. Kali ini kami menginap selama dua malam, tetapi lain kali kami merancang untuk menginap sekurang-kurangnya tujuh malam. Kami sangat kagum!

За свои деньги пойдёт. Сурово, аскетично, но за свои деньги придираться невозможно. Окна нет, душно, шумно, сильный запах сигарет - но одну ночь перетерпеть можно, если нужно сэкономить.

We have pros and cons about our stay. The cons are that for the price we paid, the room was extremely small. We stayed in China for 9 days and this hotel was the most expensive of all, yet it was the worse room we got. It was small, I am a big guy and I can barely fit in the toilet. We are a couple and we had 3 luggage’s and it was hard to open the suitcases. The good thing is, it’s a very beautiful location. The staff are very very nice and they helped us to drop our luggage during check out. They also helped to use buy the bus ticket back to Harbin. When we got back to Harbin and we shared our experience with the hotel we were staying. They told us that we overpaid and that if bought a package from them, they can give us a better accommodation for a cheaper price. Me and my wife did not regret though! It was still the highlight of our 9 days trip as this place is truly magical.
