Hotel Shantou dengan Sarapan

這次入住體驗衹能説過得去，在平台留言了升級房型，到最後還是沒升級。酒店位置優越，出行交通十分便利。房間乾淨整潔衞生做得很到位，床鋪柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上休息特別安靜不吵鬧。衞生間乾爽無異味，熱水供應充足穩定，洗漱用品齊全好用。前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房效率很快，態度貼心周到。整體環境乾淨雅緻，性價比特別高，住着舒心又安心。下次過來還會繼續選擇這家酒店，也推薦給出行入住的朋友們！

The location is good and there are plenty of food options. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I used their laundry service and it was very efficient. The room is clean and the air con is strong enough. The room is also dark enough at night for a good night’s sleep.

A solid, modern choice for a short trip. The property is fresh and has some really cool features, like the robot that delivers food directly to your doorstep—it's a very convenient and cool touch. Highlights: Love the dual-pillow options (soft/hard) and the 24-hour front desk that helps manage the laundry for you. We were also grateful for the free room extension until 1 PM. Drawbacks: No ground-floor staff to help with bags since the lobby is on Level 2. Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the breakfast is the same every day (though there are many eateries nearby). Smells: You’ll notice the wet market smell outside and the strong essential oil scent in the lobby, but it’s manageable since you aren't at the hotel lobby all day.

The hotel is located near to MiXC and many eateries, the room is spacious and clean. The staff are all very helpful and friendly too. I must commend the hotel's staff as after I checked out, I realised I dropped my gold earring. When I called them, they had the earring with them and left at the concierge for me to pick up. Thank you so much!

Exceptional Stay – Truly Felt at Home From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the front desk team. Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

It is new hotel with many restaurants nearby. Its is within walking distance to ZhuJiang Food Street. The XiaoDu in our room is not very responsive and we didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning as we thought it was centrally controlled. Thus the room felt quite warm. It was our mistake for not clarifying with the staff.

Saya sangat kagum dengan hotel ini walaupun hanya di luar kawasan utama bandar, berjalan perlahan sejauh 2 kilometer. Penerimaan tetamu adalah sangat cekap dalam mendaftar masuk dan memperuntukkan bilik kami di tingkat 10. Bilik itu besar mengikut piawaian yang kami biasa di Barat, manakala katilnya betul-betul betul dan sangat selesa. Kos penginapan 2 malam kami adalah sangat murah dengan sarapan mengikut mana-mana standard walaupun Chaoyang bukan bandar baris pertama. Perkhidmatan yang kami dapat tiada tandingannya, terutamanya wanita meja depan malam - Suki Li dan lelaki muda meja depan siang hari - Alan Cheng. Mereka membongkok ke belakang untuk membantu terutamanya dengan putonghua saya yang terhad dengan bercakap dalam bahasa Kantonis. Mereka membantu dengan tempahan teksi apabila saya tidak dapat kerana saya tidak mempunyai nombor telefon bimbit tempatan serta cuba menggunakan mesin layan diri automatik yang berkod QR mengikut norma di China. Sarapan pagi adalah campuran makanan timur dan barat. Saya gembira kerana hotel ini mempunyai teh sarapan Inggeris yang lazat tidak seperti kebanyakan orang lain yang kami telah menginap, tambahan pula, mesin kopi layan diri boleh menghasilkan kopi yang memuaskan yang memuaskan hati isteri (2 shot expresso ditambah 1 flat white atau 1 Americano) . Satu-satunya aduan yang saya ada ialah tiada kuasa susu atau susu segar yang tersedia di dalam bilik untuk membuat teh atau kopi, ia adalah satu isu yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh pengurusan hotel dalam masa terdekat. Fantastic stay ! Big room, big comfortable beds, aircon works very well. Convenient to get didi. Many good restaurants and cafes around , even have a MacDonald’s on the ground floor. The host is superb. No lobby but easy check in and check out. The host answers our request fast. Laundry service is provided for free too. Highly recommended

Yuting bie yuan is clean and tidy, and it's within walking distance to the longyan south road. We enjoyed the breakfast, and at night we watched a movie using the projector provided.
